I have ordered 3 things this last month from target. All 3 things came broken because they put no packing in the box. They literally are just throwing things in a box and sending them off. It's absolutely disgusting. We have always trusted Target for quality customer service and nice items. No more.....I'll be ordering elsewhere

First one sent had no tray on top. Replacement came quickly, looked great. Two days later the tray broke off the top of that one. The design is just not at all sturdy. It's a shame, I like the design.

This toilet paper stand is very unique and cool the brass look is so new aged I can tell it will last me a very long time and it also gives the bathroom a more decative look that will have friwnds and family asking where to get one from

Very poor quality do not recommend buying

Ordered one and it arrived broken—the top tray was detached. Went to the store to buy another and had the same issue! The top tray snapped off before we made it to the checkout line.

Top tray was broken when it arrived, as others noted. Absolutely nothing substantial attaching that tray to the base, maybe a very shoddy weld job? Like others mentioned, the base came loose and wobbly, but I was able to tighten after several minutes of twisting. I wouldn't purchase again, but at the end of the day, even without the tray, it still serves its purpose of holding toilet paper. Not worth the hassle of returning, but not worth full price.

This is a gorgeous toilet paper stand. Substantial weight, stands straight, and looks elegant!

Beautiful concept but oh so poorly executed. Flimsy as in the stand wobbled and the top tray broke off in my hand as I was trying to tighten the base. I hope this one was just a lemon but it’s sold out for the time being.
