Q: Are these big enough for a shower curtain rod?

A: Thank you for asking. When using Command Hooks to hang curtains rods it is important to note that when more than one hook is used to hold an item, make sure that the weight is evenly distributed between the hooks. The hooks need to be level when holding rods. When more than one hook is used to hold an item, the total weight capacity remains the same as one hook. Using with rod diameter less than 5/8", length less than 48", and finial greater than 3/4". In use, slide curtain across. Do not pull down. Q: i have a small window in my shower that has tile around it so I can't screw anything in. will these work, stay on the wall with the steam coming from the shower?

Does not work had to return poor extra poor quality actually they have no quality sad part is you make two trips to the store which is costly in time and gasoline further delaying the project you hoped the hooks would make easier. Two thumbs down these really worked before COVID now there are just trash!!!

I used these in my last home and they held up strong on a giant window with constant movement of curtains for over 5 years. I just moved and repurchased them since they were great, and my curtains fell down within 12 hours. Can’t believe how bad quality has gotten in 5 years. The bronze color is not even close to as bronze as it was before. This one almost looks black with hardly any color. Very disappointed.

Would not hold a curtian rod. I tried to hang something lighter about .5 pound and it still didn’t work. I followed the direction with prepping the wall. I think the sticky part was defective.

Worked well for my curtains in the kitchen. Followed the instructions to the T. I put them up almost 24 hours ago and it’s still going strong. I’m not sure why others are having so many issues. My guess is maybe the curtains are way too heavy or people didn’t clean the surface good enough and wait for it to dry before applying the adhesive. I also waited at least 3 hours before putting the rod and curtains on. Some people may be too impatient.

Living in an apartment, I use command brand for everything. I was expecting these to work just as great as the other products to hang some curtains. After 45 minutes, the command hook fell off the wall. After trying again, 30 minutes later the other command hook fell off the wall.
