Q: Can this be used if you have pet dogs? (thinking of putting these at exterior of fence to keep rabbits and mice out of yard, we live near a prairie reserve and have tons and my dog got bit).

A: Yes it's OK around the dog. The dog will likely choose to ignore the sounds or stay away from the front of the unit .

A: Unit on time of activation 4-6 seconds. The light stays on for 2 seconds indicating that the unit has been triggered.

A: This solar powered model is only activated by Motion. The YARD GARD, when plugged into electricity can be continuous

A: The unit needs to be placed in the corner facing out like a triangle and in the area where the birds like to come down and sit. The Motion Sensor Range is 25′ x 50′ x 6ft high (3 feet down and 3 feet up from the middle of the speaker.
