A: Hello Jennie308, the Brightroom 3 Weave Drawer Unit is shipped with the legs inside the drawer. You do not have to assemble the legs. Without the legs the height is 29" and with the legs the height is 32".

A: Yes! While not meant to be stacked they are perfectly capable of being snapped into eachother, I bought 2 for this reason. Snapped/buckled two into place the two towers into one. 1 can have legs.
