Q: How do I use this protection plan? The picture on the tv isn't working.

We strongly recommend filing the claim by phone as our TV technicians will be able to diagnose the issue faster by talking with you directly. Please contact us at our customer service number 877-927-7268. We are available 24/7. We will also need you to submit the item purchase receipt as it will need to be verified before your claim can be processed. To submit your receipt, please use our website upload tool by going to www.squaretrade.com. This process should take you less than 5 minutes to create a login and upload your receipt. The file must be in JPG, TIF or PDF format and it should be less than 5MB. Remember, your receipt must clearly show the retailer’s name, item price, date of purchase, and item name.
