I purchased a 50 Inch Vizio Tv In December Of 2020. The Screen Just Stopped Working In January Of 2022. Was Given A Gift Card For A Pro-rated Amount, Not Even The Full Price Of The Tv Before Tax. How Absolutely Asinine. The Price I Paid(before Tax) Should Be The Amount I Receive.

So I tried to order a TV online for black Friday, which is a long shot because so many purchases were being made in store and delivery for certain brands weren't available for delivery. However, I found a TV then tried to purchase the TV that was available to pick up that day. I just needed to wait two hours for order to be processed and okay for pickup. Probably 20 min. later an email was sent stating that the TV wasn't available which I figured would happen so I cancelled my order but for whatever reason couldn't cancel the plan. It states that I can't return the item on my receipt either. Can someone possibly tell me how to get out of the protection plan for a TV I don't have?

Purchased an Element TV on sale almost 3 years ago with the square trade warranty. The other day, it was like the TV just died. The screen went completely black while we were in the middle of using it. Called square trade and ran through their diagnostic tests and answered all their questions. Their technicians should have a little more patience and a little better customer friendliness in their voices, but overall the experience worked out. I was able to get my TV replaced the same day without much hassle. I even bought a new square trade agreement for the new one.

I like many others purchased a SquareTrade by Allstate warranty when I purchased a new TV from Target less than 2 years ago. I've made more than 10 calls in the last 4 days trying to get resolution on the issue. I've run every diagnostic and troubleshooting test they ask me to and then the issue returned. Every time I call, I get an excuse that they have to run the diagnostic tests before anything else can be done. I called this morning because once again the TV wasn't functioning properly last night, and of course after being turned off for over 24 hours it worked temporarily long enough for them to do another diagnostic test. That time I was told if it failed to work properly during the next 24 hours, I wouldn't have to do anymore and they would resolve the issue. Less than an hour after that call, the problem was back. I called back and got the major run around. They wanted me to do more diagnostics, refused to transfer me to a supervisor when I requested it, and then gave me some platitude about a supervisor would call me in 24 hours to either get a repair person out or to get me resolution. I've been without a functional TV for 4 days and filed the claim as soon as the problem occurred. I paid for a warranty not to get shuffled around from call to call with people I can't hear and sometimes can't even understand. I want resolution on my claim and I want it now. I will never purchase any kind of insurance with All State again.

We bought a LG television from Target in 2016, and we are so glad that we bought the warranty. Luckily, our issue came up now because our warranty would have expired in December 2019. The Square Trade customer service was great!! We were taken care of quickly. Our replacement TV will be on its way shortly.

Square trade has been such a great help with my TCL TV. The picture quality of the TV started to decline shortly after it and I was able to file a claim online very easily. After troubleshooting with no success, they allowed me to get a brand new TV with no hassle. This Protection plan was well worth the money!

The TV worked good for almost two years, the the picture started turning black on one side of the screen. At first it happpened once in a while. Then it began doing it all the time. I was happy I purchased the protection plan. I have a brand new TV and it's working great so far. I recommend spending the extra money and getting the protection plan, it was worth it.

My Black Friday 2016 TV had a small issue so I figured I'd go through SquareTrade to get it fixed. Instead of fixing it they gave me a check for the price of the TV (before tax). I was surprised! They have great customer service.
