This is a very lovely piece. It’s sturdy and well-made. It is actual wood, not laminate or compressed wood. The black metal and panes of glass are very sturdy and solid. The wood color is not quite how it looks online - it’s has more of a washed out grey muted tone than the antique chestnut that is shown in the images. I love the style, so decided to paint it to make it work. It came fully assembled which I love! It was well packaged so no worries of dents or scratches. It came with some pretty rock solid mounting hardware as well. Overall a 5-star piece of furniture, but knocking one star off for the bland color.
