Love it! Was nervous about it coming broken based on the reviews. Came in one piece and is bigger/cuter than I thought it was going to be!

Came shattered in the mail

This mirror was delivered broken into many pieces!! It was shattered! I could hear the glass rattling in the box as soon as I picked it up from the porch. I opened it a little at the top and tiny pieces of glass fell out. I was afraid to finish opening it I thought I might get cut. Now I have the inconvenience of trying to haul it back to the store to return it!! The reason I had it delivered was because it would be difficult for me to go and pick it up. AWFUL!!

Would give negative stars if I could. I’ve had to re-order this item online 5 times because it is not available for in-store pickup, and every time this mirror was delivered the glass was completely broken. The contact support number takes you to some random call center (not even sure it’s in the USA) where I had to tell my story multiple times and get transferred multiple times with no real resolution. They offered me a VERY small discount on a replacement item but other than that no changes to shipping carrier, shipping timeline or packaging. The last time I called supports and waited thru the 20+ minutes my call was “mysteriously” dropped while they were trying to transfer me to a supervisor. I’ll share another review once this is resolved…

It’s a nice looking mirror, but the company needs to figure out how to ship these items. I took a risk after reading countless reviews saying the mirror arrived cracked and damaged. I’m sad to say my delivery was no different. I returned the busted mirror. They must be losing money on shipping this item by this point. If I had to guess, the mirror may not be fit for shipping because there’s not a sturdy backing to the mirror, thus making it very vulnerable to breakage.

Arrived shattered despite the numerous “glass mirror fragile” markings on the box. Not completely Target’s problem but you’d think they’d figure out a way to ship these better since this is the #1 reason for poor reviews. Purchase with military discount and which Target will not reissue for a new purchase and this is no longer available in my stores…not taking the risk of shipping again.

Shopping this is obviously an issue. First one broke in transit. Target sent out another. Much appreciated. Now. This. Mirror. I loved this on the site. Not so much after receiving. The mirror is not attached across at top area. Looks pushed in. There is a sharp nail head protruding through upper right wood trim. See pic. I found this out when unpacking and sliced my pinky. If you can pick up from a store. I would recommend. No shipping. You can look item over in store etc. If not. Go to Lowe’s. Hobby Lobby. Pick out something else. You get what you pay for. This is kinda cheapy.

Wish I could keep but arrived damaged due to poor packaging and handling.

Love this mirror. Easy to install. Frame is durable. Looks nice sitting above my hutch.

This mirror arrived shattered. It is the second mirror I order that arrived damaged. I really which I could buy it from in the store or at least have it shipped to the store for pickup. I will be returning.

This mirror arrived completely shattered, and this is the second mirror I have purchased from Target that has arrived in this condition. It’s so annoying that this mirror is not sold in-stores because I REALLY want it! I had a feeling when I was purchasing it online that it would not arrive intact and am so bummed that my gut feeling was right. Target needs to get it together on shipping these fragile items if shipping is the only option for us to get them! I would gladly just pick-up in store to ensure that my items are shatter-free if that were an option….

Ordered twice and arrived both times completely shattered.

I ordered this mirror twice from target and both times it came completely shattered. Very disappointed.

5th Item I’ve received from Target damaged. The app wanted me to return in store for a refund. Had to spend 25 mins in chat to get my refund and ok to throw out the mirror. Now the mirror is sold out. Save yourself the inconvenience and don’t order this item online.

This is how it arrived despite saying fragile on the box, so I can’t use it and have to spend my time taking it back to return. Will not be reordering

It's a little cheap feeling for the cost. The back is just paper, and then behind the paper is glass. It's not even backed with a cardboard or anything. Visually it looks good (I stained ours a darker brown) but definitely be careful with it! We also had to have a replacement sent as our first one arrived shattered.

It is so pretty, but sadly has been delivered broken TWICE!!!!! Hopefully third times a charm
