I went to turn this lamp on last night and 1/3 of the glass had shattered on its own! The twine was still curved out, like the glass was still there, but it was all shattered inside of itself... I loved this lamp, but now have to find something that wont implode on me...

I bought then has to buy a second one. They are made so well and the Beach theme of our home just set the perfect setting for these lamps.Whenever I buy any lighting in the future it will be from Lampsplus.P.s. your Customer Service rep was awesome. A small flaw on one of the lampshades and I was send another matching one witHout any hesitation. I was told to just keep the first one as a backup. How many stores are that thoughtful?Thx, Joyce

I saw the lamps and knew I needed them instantly for a lake retreat in the mountains. Everything went so quickly in cleaning the first displayed lamp, retrieving the second lamp, and carrying them to my car, I had to double check to make sure the order was complete. Wonderful customer service, how could I have doubted!
