The product was exactly as expected for a great price and I would have been happy with it, but the black oak was more brown than I anticipated. I thought it would be black with some wood grain but it was a very dark brown with some black grain. It didn’t work with my other furniture in the space unfortunately.

Arrived slightly damaged. Not worth returning as I need it now as a storage solution. Comes with stickers on it. Do not use hop gone. A simple peel off will do. Goo Gone will turn the white splotchy with oil stains

First of all the instructions suck. I only bought this because it was on sale and fit the dimensions i needed. As I was putting it together the material started ripping and cracking. I got it assembled, and standing up and it’s super super wobbly. If i touch it at all it starts wobbling. It fits books and records but because of how wobbly it is i can’t even put all my records on it without worrying about the weight limit. I’ve had it for a few months now but i was so worried it would collapse lol.

Quality control needs some improvement. I ordered black, label on the box says black, but the shelves are white. Now i have to lug the box to the store to return and do I risk re-ordering and hoping the next box is black?

The shelf itself is fine. One of the tall sides came without the pre-drilled holes though, which meant more work for us to put it together. So, a little shoddy on the prep/construction but I am sure it will fit our purposes as a shelf.

I would have appreciated some instructions or a link to one , I watched an assembly for a different size , there are some screws i didn’t use I’m not exactly sure what they were for. Shipped ok , no damages. somehow it’s bigger than I thought it would be but it’s thick and seems like it will last with care.

I ordered two of these storage shelves and received two of the wrong color shelf. Additionally, one arrived damaged with huge chunks of paint taken out and dents. I’m unable to return as I had purchased them prior to moving and didn’t notice the damage/wrong color until moving the shelves up several flights of stairs and unpacking them. Super disappointed
