I’ve used this portable charger for the past couple months and really liked it, but in the last couple days, it just refuses to charge. I plug it in and it looks like it's charging, but it won't. I let it "charge" for 2 days and it's still completely dead.

I bought this in October 2024, while on a trip, not even 3 months ago and it’s a piece of junk. You can only get one charge off of it and not even a full charge, before it’s dead. Now when trying to charge the darn thing, it stays at 1 light blinking. It won’t even charge up anymore. Don’t waste your money on this!

Good for the moment, don’t use it to much it WILL ruin your battery life trust me! Perfect for games, concerts, etc since it’s easy to carry but if you use it everyday at work or school your phone will be ruined.

I love this power bank because i was definitely looking for another one because i did buy two from five and below and they keep going out on me but this one is perfect it does charge pretty fast which i do love especially on the go but so far i am loving it the only downside i would say is you do have to keep charging it in which it does die fast and also i did want another color but i do love this one because it actually does have a power button where you can turn it on which is cool

i just bought it, used it only once after fully charging like instructions said and now it doesn’t work at all. fully charged and doesn’t even charge your phone yet that’s literally the full intention of the product, exactly what it’s made to do. completely worthless, don’t waste your money.

Worked great at first but after the first few months it completely stopped working. I’ve used it only 3 times, and now it won’t hold a charge. It looks like it’s charging, but it’s not. Had it plugged in for 6 hours and there was no charge.

Love this….carry around in case my phone dies when I am out, especially while traveling. Very well priced. Note this is for one phone charge only, then you just plug back in. Lighter and smaller to hang on to than multi-charge competitors….good trade off if you can plug in after each use.

I’m so happy with this power bank. I have a larger one that last for a couple charges but since it’s so large I don’t keep it in my purse and when I really need it I don’t have it. This one is perfect! It’s light and small and love that it connects straight in the phone so I’m not dealing with a cord. I keep it charged and in my purse and it has been so nice to have when I need a charge!!

I love this plug in power bank for Apple devices that use the lightning cables. This power bank is only for iPhones and iPads that use lightning cables, sorry Android users. This power bank is small and easily portable. It came about 50% charged and didn't take long to get to 100% charged using cable provided. There are LED lights that show how charged it is and when fully charged all 4 LEDs will be lite. Instructions say power bank will keep its charge for at least 6 months when not used which is great. Now I don't have to worry during power outages.
