We have bought the same fan for multiple properties. It is attractive, reliable and quiet.

I love this ceiling fan/light. It looks beautiful in my kitchen. I love having a bright light and the dimmer option. It has a remote that works perfectly. It works just as it advertised and I am very happy with it. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Ceiling fan for bedroom for our son

We bought 8 of these fans when we did a major renovation 8 years ago. They have been dying one by one over the past two years. The lights are not bright to begin with, but suddenly the light and fan stop working all together. Not worth the price.

Fan is beautiful. However, the light is somewhat dull with no replacement bulb available.if you are looking for ambiance lighting, this is fine .

Purchased two of these fans, installation was straight forward with one fan requiring a controller code change (procedure was easy to follow). Very pleased with the result, the light is excellent and the fan is quiet, with nice air flow. Fast, efficient service by 'Build with Ferguson'. Highly recommended.

Not impressed with this fan, does not circulate the air throughout the room…basically can only feel air movements if you are within 3 feet of the fan and the fan is running on high. The control are not user friendly. They not labeled and users easily select the reverse fan mode thinking they are changing the fan speed. Had the 2 of these fans installed by a professional electrician and despite many attempts; can not get either fan to be flush to the ceiling. Hate the unattractive quarter inch gap between the top of the fan and the ceiling. Will attempt to exchange for another model and brand.

Clean look. Quiet operation. Simple installation (compared to many other fans). Full function remote control including being able to reverse the rotation. Not many fans have that feature. Improved light output with LED over older models. Previous models used a halogen that wasn’t that bright nor was the light evenly distributed across the shade. I used to only recommend these if the light kit wasn’t going to be used or wasn’t the only light source. The LED module changed that. I have installed more than a few fans over my 20+ years as an electrician. This is the one I recommend.

Just had my Concept II installed today. I love it! It's so quiet and I love the dimmable light. It doesn't sit flush against my ceiling but I'm okay with that. On the lowest speed it provides a nice "breeze". So far, it's more than I had hoped for in a ceiling fan.

The fan is great. I didn't buy it for the light, which is good because I found the light to be a little cheap looking. I'll still use it when overhead lighting is needed but I really bought the fan for air circulation.

We love this fan but it is not without its quirks, setting two of them up close together caused us some controller problems at first, there was about an hour struggled on first install to get the controller to work at all, and installing it requires some serious arm strength as you try to cram all the wires and stuff together on the tiny mounting plate. That said, once this is all handled, we love the fan and the performance is great. It is nice and compact, makes zero noise and puts out a TON of light. Would love to know or be able to put this on a dimmer but we haven't investigated that, it may or may not be possible. But the fact that a dimmer option is not built in or obvious is why I'm giving this fan four out of five stars.

We noticed after installation by a licensed electrician that the fan looked like it was wobbling. The electrician showed us that the housing was bowed and it just appeared to wobble but was firmly attached. Sent a msg to Minka customer service to get a fix for the wobble. We also noticed the gap between the ceiling and the fan housing that other customers noticed. The gap is visually unattractive and shows the screws attaching the housing. Our electrician said that Minka used to include a flashing ring but nothing was included in our box. I will ask customer service for a workaround to eliminate the gap AFTER they solve for the warped housing causing the visual wobble. Not sure I would recommend this product until after the issues are resolved.
