A beautiful addition to any room. It is designed well to be both attractive and functional. Variable speeds and light add to its value. Very quiet as well.

I bought this fan for our new screened-in porch. It looks good and worked great initially. Unfortunately, it stopped working by the end of the season. I was referred back to MinkaAire for help (our contractor thought it might be the receiver). They said they would send a new receiver, but never did. I've contacted them repeatedly and they do not respond. I cannot recommend them at all.

This fan is perfect for our smaller space patio. Since it has faux wood blades, they will never droop and tge housing of the body is weather resistant and fits snug against our ceiling. Absolutely perfect in quaility and function.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago. I gave it one star for being attractive and for the remote feature. It absolutely does NOT deliver as a fan. The top speed is like a low speed. The fan was not inexpensive to purchase and install as a new fixture. A big disappointment! If you want to move air, don't buy this.

Simple to install and use, intuitive remote. Solid quality and very quiet. We are very happy with the product and the supplier. Its low profile allowed us ample room over the table

I read dozens of reviews everywhere before I made this purchase and all had the same thing to say, completely brilliant fan. I live in the north east and bought this fan for my mud room that is enclosed but straddles the space between the main house and the garage. So even though it was in an enclosed space wanted the ruggedness of an outdoor fan for humidity and dampness. You really cannot tell the difference in look that is is an outdoor fan and even though it was still chilly when I got this I turned it on to see what it could do and it is UBER quite, reverse cycling for heating works AND it even offers dimmable lighting with a really cool wall pad. I am happy with my purchase, its cool factor SILENCED my husband who wanted to go a more affordable route (read cheap..lol) and all is happy across the board.

The shape and design of the fan are a perfect match for the environment we've chosen outdoors. We're making many changes on our home upgrade. We've yet to move in and really start using the fan so no reviews on that yet.

Easy directions for installation. Fit and finish 1st class.

Great fan, super easy install. 1 Issue... the wall switch unit wasn't clearing the steel box top to bottom and couldn't insert it into the box... solution, get the angle grinder out and take a hair off both ends of the plastic control box, fits now :) hee hee

My husband and I love these fans. At first I was disappointed because one of them made a noise. The directions stated this may happen for a few days until they adjust and now they are completely silent. The air flow is great. We have them outside on our covered porch. They put out plenty of air and they look really great. We love this style. Everyone that has seen them likes them as well.

I now own a total of 4 MinkaAire Concept II ceiling fans. They are the best ever. I love the remote control.

Very well made product. Manual is not so great but was very easy to install with the snap-in style fan blades. Blades are well made but a poly blade is not the prettiest however will hold up to moister forever. The RC210 remote is not the correct remote for this fan; fan is compatible with the RC212, model: UC784T. This fan is a good value.

I love my new outdoor deck fan. The light is bright enough to read by at night, and the very quiet fan not only cools but also blows away mosquitoes!

We purchased the fan for a porch of our vacation home near Hertford NC. The fan is ideal for a low ceiling, damp location, and is very attractive. Installation was very easy as the fan replaced the existing porch light and the control replaced the inside switch.
