The packaging was very cute. I had no issues cooking it, and it came out just right. Like I said, for me it was okay, but I am willing to try different flavors.

I wasn't sure I'd get anyone to eat this because of the tomato flavor, but it doesn't have that sour taste at all, but more of a sweetness to it. Love the packaging, a good portion for kids, but you might need more than one if sharing with adults. Overall, I'd try more from this brand.

I had him try this and though his sensory issues tried to fight it, he did eat it. Usually he will say "it's good but not that good" 😂 but with this he just said "it was good". So that's a win. The fun packaging probably helped some. Easy to prepare as well! Win win!

Since it was a tomato flavor, I was expecting more of a tomato soup taste, but it has Italian flavoring in it, so it tasted just like spaghetti. It was a major hit with the kids. They asked for more! It was very easy to cook, just 90 seconds in the microwave and you don't need a separate bowl for it.

I don’t know what it needed, but I definitely think for kids more than adults, but it was all right. I think it was the flavor in the texture that I didn’t personally like but that’s cause I’m not used to tomato flavored rice, but the packaging was great.

Make sure to folllow directions and really break apart the clumps while they are in the bag sealed. My child did not like the smell or flavor. I had a taste and it was ok but I would rather make my own since the flavor was not something we really cared for.

I feel like this was too bland of a flavor and sort of tasted like ketchup mixed with rice. I feel like more of a garlic, herb or Spanish style flavor would be great with this brand of rice.

Didn’t have a nice tomato taste at all. The packaging is nice and it’s super easy to make which I like. I’m sure other flavors are great

Can feed about 2 kids and Tony Tomato makes the package cute. Microwavable and ziplock is ideal for a quick meal.

My kids said the rice was pretty good and they enjoyed it so that’s always a plus. My boyfriend wasn’t a big fan of the rice though however.

I was thinking the “tomato” flavor was going to be more along the lines of Spanish rice in flavor, but it leaned a little more Italian with flavors of oregano, basil, maybe a little thyme. Portions were a little small, but enough when paired with a protein and a veggie. I liked this product, there is nothing wrong with it, but I find that I do prefer similar products from other brands a bit more—better and more varied flavors available.
