Q: Has anyone had a problem with the on/off switch? The light goes on when plugged in and I cannot turn it off.
A: Hi Cha Cha - Thanks for asking! We have not had any complaints about the light switch not working properly. Since the light switch won't turn off, you most likely have a defective light switch. Have a great day! - Douglas
submitted byDouglas - 4 years agoTarget staff supportA: I had to make an account to answer this because the "help" you received from target employees made me incredibly mad. i had the same problem too. all you have to do is screw in the bulb and position the bulb to where it's not fully touching the metal that connects it to the switch. the problem is that when you first screw in the bulb, it sits too flush against the switch. im sorry about the unhelpful comment you got before. hope this helps!

Q: Does the bulb come with it?
A: Yes but the bulb is tiny and doesn't get the job done to heat the wax thoroughly to allow the hot scent throw. So it just becomes a pretty nightlight and that's about it.

Q: My bulb went out, and I think there is no way to replace it.. anyone else with this issue?
A: Hi vlee – Thanks for viewing our candles and diffusers! The internal bulb will cast a gentle light while warming the wax. Replacing the incandescent light by turning off the warmer. Let it cool for a least 30 minutes. Use a soft cloth to grasp the bulb and turn it counterclockwise. Carefully pull the bulb from the base. Insert your new bulb with the base and turn clockwise.
