52" Dempsey Damp Rated Ceiling Fan with Remote (Includes LED Light Bulb) - Hunter Fan

This is what we needed on our back patio. The price was within our price point. Easy to install. Thinking of purchasing for our front porch The remote is a must.

Love the fan, description for the product and order process could be improved. It wasn't clear that a wall remote holder already came with the product, so we bought one unnecessary. Also, clearly defining the downrod the fan comes with, so we can select another length of needbe would have been helpful. We love the fan, was delivered before estimated date, and easy to install.

I bought this fan and had it installed last summer. Fan still works, but lights do not. Tried the bulbs elsewhere and they work, so it isn't the bulbs that are the problem. Very disappointed. I've had Hunter fans in the past that lasted for many years.

Easy install. The fan looks great on our patio. The fan is quite and puts out great air circulation on levels 2 and 3.

These are beautiful fans, easily installed on a slanted covered porch. Note that there are no pulls for light or fan so you must use wall switch or remote. If you have ever had to “dust” an outdoor chain pull you will be grateful for this.

Very nice easy to use and put together

The instructions are good, was easy to install. I replaced an old fan with pull chains and two switches on the wall, on for lights and the other for the fan. The fan speed was controlled by the pull chain. With this model you only need one power source (one of the switches) so you need to wire nut and tape the other hot wire. Fans seem to be quiet, balanced, and adequate light.

I like the fact that the blades are reversible I can have black color blades first and then switch them to the chocolate oak color. With this fan you do not have to get up and pull a chain to change the speeds you just sit and us the remote.

I always ended up finding something I didn't like or the price wasn't right etc. Then I was given the chance to test out the Hunter Demsey 52 Inch in the color Black Oak. Boy am I glad I picked this one. It comes very well packaged, and very easy to assemble. It was also very easy to install in my living room. There are a several things I love about this fan, one it comes with a remote which that alone puts the icing on the cake. Second I love that I have the option in the winter to pull the air upward basically you can reverse the fan to draw air up or push air down. Third you can reverse the blades which are a oak color or leave on the black oak. So if I want to change my decor I can and still have the ceiling fan match. Overall, I am very very pleased with this Hunter-Demsey Ceiling Fan in Black Oak. The lighting is great, the air flow is great and its also very easy to clean. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a ceiling fan made of excellent quality.

There are a lot more parts to put together than a usual ceiling fan without a light, but all in all, a relatively easy installation. The remote works flawlessly and easily mounted on the wall for convenience. I'm very impressed with this fan and would highly recommend it!

I love the fact that it has brown on one side black on the other and a remote which helps a ton since I am so short. It is a beautiful fan and it looks amazing in my family room.
