it's a good product. but we are checking why the level of water needs to be replaced or completed constantly.

This came well packaged, and in perfect condition. I plan to convert this to solar though since I don’t have a GFCI outlet available where I’d like to install the fountain, so I just think that will be easier until I do install an outdoor outlet, which I really want to do in the long run to enjoy it at night as well. The texture is very realistic and it seems well well made and sturdy.

I was pleasantly surprised how sturdy and heavy this waterfall is right out of the package. First, it's easy to put together. It literally took less than five minutes. The pieces snap into place so they do not move easily. The hardest decision was where to add the water fountain. My only wish was the cord was longer. So far, it's been in crazy Ohio weather for 3 weeks and the pump is still working well. My neighbors can not believe how beautiful this is. One has already ordered one for their home. ( see pictures of it's spot in garden)

Flows nicely and If you have a little courtyard the sound it makes is very relaxing. It’s actually quite cute but my cats love it as well. I’m very glad i added this to my garden, it’s a must have!

I was hoping it had a longer cord, and had to use an extension cord for where my outlet was. I do have to refill this often as the water splashes over the edge of the lower bowl. The pump had adjustable flow rates which requires a cleaning of the inlet motor. Overall I really like this fountain

We get strong winds in the winter so may have to put this in the garage until next summer.. It works quite well, but you will most likely need an extension cord for the pump.. Make sure you fill it every couple of days as to not ruin the pump.

I couldn't believe how easy it was to put it together and I really love how the water falls. I've told a lot of my friends and family about it. They keep asking me if I want to get rid of it and I keep telling them no I love it to much.

I placed it in my front yard and it just makes my yard look so great! The fountain is beautiful and classic. The pump works great and the water falling is so tranquil. This looks like real stone but is like a resin so is not heavy so it is easy to set up anywhere in your yard you want it to go. The set up is so easy and pretty straightforward the pieces go easily together. The pump is easy to setup so no problem there also. I have always wanted something like this for my landscape and I am overly happy with this! I think this brings your landscaping up a few extra notches for sure! This is something that you add to your yard then add things around it a true statement piece!

It is truly Beautiful and the sound the water makes while trickling down the tiers is very peaceful and serene. It was so easy to put together by myself and the sound-AH I just love listening to the water and watching the birds. It’s the perfect addition to our landscaping. However I will be storing it for the winter, it doesn’t look as if it will handle the cold and snow well. Thankfully it’s pretty easy to move with 2 people and store in our shed.

It's built beautifully and looks amazing in my yard. It was very easy too to put together as well by following the step by step instructions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice looking fountain overall. Makes a super big splashy mess thought. And it's not sturdy at all. I assembled it all the pieces stack and turn to lock in place although mine didnt exactly lock in place its wobbly. And the city out piece to cover hole for pump is not cut correctly so there's a sliver of gap and looks tacky. Overall I wouldn't pay full price for this particular fountain You get what you pay for.
