The panels were not labeled. Worked on it for 3 hours and still have not gotten it up. Called the help and all they did was repeat the instructions. Will try one more time if unable to set up will return.
Middle fixed piece came damaged.

The middle fixed shelf came damaged in the box. Also when assembling do not follow the directions in the box for the bottom half, it makes a two shelf bookcase instead of the full size.
Not good packing and unclear instructions.

The price is good. The packaging is not that good so you get a few scratches. I damaged the 1st one I ordered (one of the sides) because the instructions weren't clear.
