Disappointing Design Flaw – Poor Mounting Support

While the product is lightweight, the mounting system is poorly designed. Despite using all five provided screws, the shelves were not balanced once installed. I had to loosen them just to get the shelves level, which left an unsightly gap between the shelf and the wall. This isn’t what I expected from a supposedly “easy to mount” product. Very disappointing and not worth the hassle.

The shelf arrived in great condition with hardware included. Its durable, but lightweight build made hanging a breeze. It is a great addition to my wall over the couch.

Wood is not straight, 10 holes for screws but only came with 6 screws. Main disappointment was the warped wood, installed everything leveled and perfect and at the last step realized it couldn't sit flush with the wall. And now I have to figure out how to put a 72in shelf in my tiny car to return it.
