Q: How do you open the lid?I spend countless minutes trying to open it and nothing also mine didn’t come with a straw is it a separate purchase?

A: i wish i saw this before i purchased. Any updates on if you were able to unscrew the lid? I Cant unscrew mine either and mine also did not come with a straw. I ordered two of them and can not open.

Q: Does the clear ring at the top inside the lid come out for cleaning? I cannot seem to get it out.

A: Yes it does come out and you should pop it out every time you clean it! We use these for milk and they started growing mold under the clear ring!

Not a fan, my baby is not a fan. Straw is difficult for them, and tough for them to latch onto. I do like that it is stainless steel but switched to a different bottle.

I chose this cup as we avoid plastic in the kitchen as much as possible. This of great value for use at the dinner table for meal times. Toddler loves it. However, there are some cons…it is not leak proof. So if you’re looking for leak proof, this is not it. At first my little one will yank the straw out. There is a band on the straw to prevent this but it’s nothing against toddler might. Then they began to push the straw all the way into the cup. Putting the band on the outside prevents this but it means the cup has to be kept on the full side for use.

like most toddler cups, they WILL find a way to break it, but I bought another set because we overall like the cup. I did find out that if the lid breaks, standard size mason jar lids fit perfectly to convert to snack cup or whatever.

I like the cup and lid. However the straws are not holding up. I’ve bought 3 cups and the straws all have broken and I don’t see any replacements options for the straw that would work keeping it leak proof.

This cup performs even better than expected. It’s hard to spill, and the straw has a stopper to keep it from being pulled out. Can be used with straw or as a sippy cup. The handles make it easy for toddlers to grasp too. AND I love that it’s stainless steel!

The top leaks if it’s turned upside down. Also the silicone on the spout cracked. Overall good design but not the best for use. One star for design, another for easy to clean. But after two months the top lid is cracked at the drinking part.

I like that it is stainless steel, it is easy to hold for my baby, it is easy to cleans, having options for sip or straw is amazing. The only downfall is that it leaks if my baby shakes the bottle or if it falls down on the floor.
