Q: How do you open the lid?I spend countless minutes trying to open it and nothing also mine didn’t come with a straw is it a separate purchase?
A: i wish i saw this before i purchased. Any updates on if you were able to unscrew the lid? I Cant unscrew mine either and mine also did not come with a straw. I ordered two of them and can not open.

Q: Does the clear ring at the top inside the lid come out for cleaning? I cannot seem to get it out.
A: Yes it does come out and you should pop it out every time you clean it! We use these for milk and they started growing mold under the clear ring!

Q: Is the sealing for used at the bottom for insulation lead free?
A: Could you provide some sort of evidence or proof that that little piece at the bottom circular piece is not related to holding lead inside?

Q: Please provide evidence of proof that lead is not present as most bottles with lead have that small circular piece at the bottom.
