Great cup that is a bit tricky for younger kids to hold onto at first but overall is great design and the easiest cup for our LO to drink out of this far. Straw is a little challenging to clean well but appears to work well upon first few uses.

Have to open it for her and then she figures it out. I was disappointed the inscription was not what I ordered. I had wrote her full name for daycare (less than 12 letters). When it came in the mail it only had her first name-4 letters. Daycare needs first and last name. It was not cheap so I was not happy it wasn’t correct.

Cute design + very happy it isn’t plastic but why is it IMPOSSIBLE to drink from! I tried sucking so hard and hardly any water comes out! My daughter could care less so I just wasted my money!

Love that it doesn’t leak at all, only thing my daughter has figured out is that when there is liquid in the tip of the straw she can flick it out but it’s only drops. Stays cold all day and my 1.5 year old can easily carry it around full with the handles and super easy to take apart and clean.

Really wanted to like this- it does keep drinks cool well and it survives being thrown from a high chair, however there’s a tiny gasket in the lid that makes the seal and as soon as you lose that, the cup is useless. It comes out very easily in the dishwasher, unfortunately. Munchkin Customer Service will not provide a new gasket.

Cute but nearly impossible for even me to try to suck from the straw let alone a 1 yr old! Barely any liquid came out when I tried personally, my 1 yr old got absolutely nothing out.

You need to work on redesigning the internal gasket that keeps the liquid from leaking. It doesn't stay in place very well and is difficult to get into place. We've had multiple leaking incidents where we look and the gasket is out of place. Other than the gasket, we really love it. Stainless steel is great, handles are great, it's pretty durable as well surviving many throws on the hardwood floor. Only other note is the straw, our teething 17th month old recently bit a whole through the straw. Luckily we caught it before it was all the way through. Not sure if there is anything that can be done about that from a design standpoint, but if there was, that could be a cool feature that I'd be interested in as a parent "Bite Proof Straw!"

I do not like that this cup has a low flow valve. It did not say in the website description that that was part of the straw. Luckily Target gave me a full refund and I cut the low flow part off to make it a normal straw. But now the straw is extremely short. Munchkin needs to do better with disclosing these things in their product descriptions

The mouth piece to the straw broke a couple months after purchase. I bought another one and the same thing happened. The replacement part is $2 but $5 for shipping. I messaged munchkin to see if they could at least waive the shipping cost but they would not.
