i was working at checklanes one day and a guest brought the hippo and this guy to my register. ended up taking the hippo and leaving me with the hermit crab. he looks so silly... so goofy... i thought he was a lobster at first. i felt so sad for him so on my lunch i went and bought him. i couldnt leave him alone in the abandons... he is so soft, a great size for the price, and i love how the claws have pockets to put your fingers in. honestly the other gigglescape designs dont give the same first impression this little hermit lobster guy did.

I don’t think he looks like a hermit crab at all. He sort of looks like a lobster but not really. He was very soft and he did have a cute feature where you can put your hands inside the claws and make a puppet. I think other animal choices from Gigglescape would be better than this. I received an incentive to write this review.

I love unique stuffed toys and I love gifting them. My son absolutely loves his stuffed hermit crab and loves to bring it when we explore coastal Georgia. This inspired him to draw and color hermit crabs while visiting family in St Augustine.

The hermit crab stuffed animal is so cute and adorable. The colors are vibrant and the texture is so soft. It gives comfort and warmth when holding and brings back such great childhood memories for me.

Super soft and super cute hermit crab! This guy's a good size and perfect for snuggling. I like the bright colors and interactive claws. There are little pockets on each large claw for your fingers to move it around like a puppet. My 7 year old is a bit too old for the puppet part, but he loves stuffies and this immediately caught his eye. It's not too often you see a hermit crab stuffie!

Such a cute stuffed hermit crab. Love the bright colors and it’s very soft. Kids can snuggle it or use it as a puppet by putting their hands in the claws (they have little pockets for play). Four stars because age starts at 1 but it’s hard to cuddle with it, as the shell part of the lovey is a bit hard. It isn’t as plush as some other stuffed animals.

My kiddo loves this hermit crab plush. It is bigger than we thought it would be and a perfect size to be huggable. My kiddo loves how soft this hermit crab is and has easily become their new favorite stuffed animal.

This adorable little crustacean has captured my children’s hearts! They love how soft it is, with no hard parts. It’s got bright colors, super soft materials, and is a nice size. Not tiny, but not oversized. It’s also got little pockets on its claws so you can do a little puppeteering! Definitely recommend for hermit crab lovers of all ages!

Loved this stuffed hermit crab but loved even more that it has puppet pockets to play with! We baked him Sebastian and sing his mermaid song with hand gestures to our daughter. She loves it. It's so fluffy!

Perfectly huggable, firm body. Floppy arms, big claws that won’t pinch you. Its cute smile is small in relation to its body but it’s sizable in adorableness. You can even put tiny hands inside the claws because there’s a small pocket.

The only concern I have with this is that the material is very thin that holds the pincher and I'm a little nervous it might tear easily. As of right now, it's just fine though. The claws are not as soft as the body and they kind of just hang there. I would not buy this unless I had a specific purpose for it. Maybe if my child was decorating their room and it was an underwater theme but overall this crab is just kind of blah. There’s nothing spectacular about it. You can even put your hands in its little clause and make a puppet out of it. My daughter thought that was the coolest part of all . It is durable and good quality. It would make the perfect gift for little and big kids alike.
