A: 9 Elements laundry detergent isn't intended to be used with rayon fabrics. When rayon comes into contact with vinegar or other products with a low pH level, it can cause shrinkage or other distortions.

This is the absolute best unscented fragrance free laundry detergent I have used hands down! Anything that isn't free and clear causes cancer, auto immune issues and endocrine disruptor, allergies etc asthma you name it. I have tried so many and nothing truly cleaned thoroughly until this item. I think it's the power of the natural vinegar and enzyme plant ingredients that help achieve this. Our clothes are cleaner than ever before and without any gross added fragrance parfum or "essential oils".... pure clean fresh and safe! This is the biggest win for our family! Wahoo run don't walk!

This detergent simply doesn’t wash anything that’s barely dirty. We only wear clothes once, I also add laundry booster. I tried to add more detergent; nothing worked! I had to rewash the whole laundry load every time I used this detergent!

Clothes are clean and I love that there’s limited ingredients. I tried using Seventh Generation detergent before and it made me itch and my baby break out. It has a more liquid consistency compared to most detergents like others have said but that doesn’t bother me. The fragrance free does smell like vinegar before wash but afterwards my clothes don’t smell like that. I was looking for a clean detergent and this one checks all my boxes!
