I don't always use steak sauce, but when I do A1 is the best choice. It's also excellent in stews or beef soups. A little goes a long way though.

This is the only steak sauce I'll use. It has a nice tangy and not too sweet flavor and coats steak nicely. It doesn't have the super thick and ketchup-y taste it is closer to the flavor in worcheshire sauce. It is a little pricey but it's made with good ingredients and the bottle lasts a long time.

For a good steak marinade add half a cup of A.1 sauce and half a cup of Italian salad dressing into a container or something and mix it all up. Over a steak with the marinade and let it sit in the fridge overnight. Tastes great. In general I never eat a steak without A.1.
