I wanted to love this rug. It’s thick and is a nice neutral with pops of sage. It also looked great in our space. But after only 3 months, the fibers are loose and it is pilling. It hasn’t held up, and I took it back to target. In the picture, you can tell where our couch was at, versus where we walked on. For around $350, it should definitely last better than it did. Customer service was very helpful though, so I appreciated that.

We’re sorry that you had a poor experience with our product. Here are some suggestions to maintain the rugs quality, Use a high-quality rug pad under your carpet to reduce surface friction. Vacuum 1-2 times a week for the first few weeks using a low pressure vacuum cleaner without beater bars. Do not pull “stray” loops. Always cut them back with scissors.

This rug is beautiful and the colors are very accurately depicted online. It is 92” by 120” not a full 96” by 120” as described. It still works in my space but wanted to share that information for others looking to buy this size.

I was so excited to get this rug. The rug is very nice and the colors were exactly as pictured online. Unfortunately, the rug came with some kind of white dust all over it. I ordered the 8 by 10 so I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning it. I had to vacuum the rug and sweep my tile floor… I would expect better quality control for a rug that cost over $300 dollars. In addition, shipping took a very long time.

This rug is great quality! I got the green one. Love the knotted look! It’s heavy and substantial. The color is pretty spot on, a silvery sage green. I love that it has an actual backing- soft for the hardwoods!

Love the colors and softness of this rug. I ordered and returned quite a few lighter/natural jute rugs; so happy with this one. The colors are exactly what I was hoping for. Feels great on our feet too. I will add that it does have a musty smell. Hoping it goes away soon!

A little leary buying it online for a couple of reasons - true color is hard to tell, feel and quality. However, knowing that it could be returned to a nearby store convinced me to buy it. I am NOT disappointed at all. Great color, it really makes the room look better and it is a thick rug with a good feel to the touch.

This rug is perfect for my living room. My couch is gray beige and the colors in the rug compliment the couch perfectly. I wanted a rug with color but not over powering and this rug is just that! It’s not as soft as other rugs I have bought but not rough enough to return. I still love it. My mom bought one for her house after seeing mine.

I ordered the 9x12. This rug is beautiful! I was concerned that it was described as having a latex backing, but it doesn’t! It has a fabric backing. I love the loop style tufting and the colors are mint green, hunter green, sage, beige and ivory…exactly what I was looking for! The pattern is a cross-hatch design that can work in a modern or traditional setting. With a padded rug pad (also from Target) the rug is soft and cushioned under foot. Love it and the price.
