I had it shipped, and all pieces were in PERFECT condition.

It arrived with a chipped peace and I was unable to put it together

Absolutely Love This Fireplace/tv Stand. Had A Hard Time Finding A Picture Of The True Color But This Is More Of An Antique White With Brush Strokes.

Product arrived earlier than expected. Quality seems on par with price, not the best, but not super cheap either. I do not feel that it is flimsy and am confident that it will easily hold all of our electronics. Each cubby has a hole in the back for cables. Assembly was not hard. It took 2 adults about an hour to assemble (more to sift through and manage all the electronics cabling -_-;;). You will need a screwdriver, a size 0 screwdriver, and would recommend drilling small pilot holes for the part that keeps the heater/fireplace stable. The heater/fireplace graphic is nice. You can just turn on the graphic alone, heater alone, or both at the same time. Unfortunately, the heat only has 1 setting and no remote. The heater itself only heats up around the top vent where air comes out and so far has not heated up the stand frame. We also have not tripped the breaker while using the TV, heater, graphic, and Xbox plus lights. It is your choice whether you want to use the heater or just leave the unit out of the TV stand altogether. Overall, I would recommend it. I quite like the way it looks and the heater is perfect for the size of the area. The only thing I would want to get for it, though, are little rubber feet to sit in because it slides rather easily on the hardwood.

Delivered quickly. Like the fireplace and assembly wasn’t terrible just time consuming. The surface will scratch so easily, there were several chips and scratches before we even got the tv on it. The length is perfect but had t considered the width - its very close and will need to add something to stabilize

We love it! The look of the fireplace is as expected. The fan is quiet. It produces enough heat for our space. Assembly was tedious and time consuming, but it was worth it, because we are so happy with the final product!

I was skeptical to purchase after all the reviews of the unit coming with broken pieces. I still ordered it, considering the great deal I got on it. When it arrived, we inspected all parts and fireplace unit. Everything came in great condition and it was simple to put together, since all pieces were numbered. We love it and the heating element works perfect for the space we put it in.

For the money I paid, I would recommend, just wish the fire place had a remote.

My tv stand came scratched and with a big crack on the bottom shelve piece. I sent and email to see how we could handle this situation and till now I have no response. Besides that I do love it!

When I opened the box the very first piece had a huge crack completely through it. They sent me an replacement one and soon as I opened the box, the first piece had an similar crack in it. It’s been an hassle trying to get my money back!

There was a piece that didn’t have the holes lined up correctly, but it was an easy fix and looks great

The item was shipped with a crack on ref base so it was returned on 12/6. We’re waiting on a new one to be delivered. With it being delivered broken I am not happy

The TV Stand arrived with four broken parts including the Fireplace Unit. As directed by the instruction manual, we contacted the manufacturer for replacement parts -- after several phone calls and a drawn out process, I received a blanket email that said they did not have the parts in their warehouse to replace our broken ones. After another phone call, turned out they do have the parts but replacing them would be a monetary loss to them and they said just to have Target ship another one to us. Walker Edison has been a nightmare to deal with -- DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.

The fireplace is wonderful. It's nice that it gives off heat. Putting it together was not fun and it took a while. The pictures in the directions are helpful but not clear all the time.

My husband and I bought this to go with a Modern Farmhouse/Cabin theme in our new home. The fireplace sold us. The quality of the stand is "good"- there was a piece that doesn't fit perfectly together, but even so-- we love the stand. The fireplace both lights up and has an option for the heating element. The Grey color that we ordered goes perfectly with the Gilford dining table that we bought from Target as well. Love it. We have the fire element on EVERY evening!
