Purpose
Anticavity..Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older
Use twice a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste; vigorously swish 10 milliliters (2 teaspoonfuls) of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out; do not swallow the rinse; do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing; supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision.Children Under 12 Years of Age

Disgusting taste That lingers and makes everything else taste awful for the whole day. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I don’t think it even helps with whitening. If you want to feel like throwing up all day then this is the product for you

This is my favourite mouthwash. It took a while to find but I found it. It whitens my teeth, has zero alcohol, and a sweet mint taste. Too bad it doesn't come in larger sizes.
