Ajax Lemon Ultra Super Degreaser Dishwashing Liquid Dish Soap

Love this product but why I never see the ajax cleaner powder in target I miss it c’mon put it in stock. Anyone agree like this post

I've been using Ajax for years and kept wondering if I was getting a bad batch? After over 12 bottles (I usually order 3 at a time when I need to refill), I'm done. The smell is inconsistant straight out of the bottle, sometimes it smells scented, other times I go to wash and it's this horrible off chemical smell. It's almost like it isn't mixed well. The lemon AND the orange do not have the same scent anymore. My daughter noticed it first and everytime I use it I have to turn on the fan. Also, I have to use so much more. I'm finally at the bottom of my current bottle and will not be buying again even though it's on sale. Thanks but no thanks. Dawn seems to have the same issue (new strong chemical smell) so I will continue to search. Seventh Generation is looking like the only option. Everything else smells it just came from an industrial factory and it shouldn't touch your skin. Consumers are much more mindful of what they use around their families and even if the price is good, it's a miss if it doesn't feel safe to use.

Either I got a bad bottle or you've changed your formula. It's now watery without the lemon scent I loved. Smells like chemicals and doesn't clean. Guess I have to switch brands after after being a faithful consumer for years.

I loved this product because it was less expensive than other brands but worked just as good. However, I just bought this again and it seems very watered down now and barely produces any suds anymore. I find I'm using 2 or 3 times as much and am very disappointed.

Was taking over the dishes at my parents house and notice the terrible scent. My hands smelled terrible and so did the clean dishes. Read the ingredients in the back, and all those ingredients look pretty toxic to me. I recommend using gloves. Who knows what kind of chemicals are seeping into your skin, and could likely cause cancer? I just wouldn't trust this. Told my dad to get rid of this junk. I'm going to be looking for better cleaning ingredients.

Scent of the new formula is so off-putting. Very artificial. We used the old formula for years and will try to find something new now.

Product is good. Object to the new style, all clear, cap. it is an extremely poor design. New style is very hard to pull open, and equally hard to push down to close. I actually get pliers to pull up to open and hit it hard with my hand to close and protect my hand by covering the top with 3 folds of dish towel. previous cap was white with green pull-up top to open/close. Yes, object enough to change brand. PLEASE STOP USING THE ALL CLEAR TOP, RETURN TO WHITE & GREEN TOP. Thanks, Mike

I have been using Ajax Liquid Dish Soap for years. Recently, you changed the top that is IMPOSSIBLE to open. I thought that maybe it was a fluke and bought another bottle, but it's the same. It is a STRUGGLE, every time that I do dishes! I have to use a pair of pliers to get the top open. I have no choice but to switch to a different brand. Why "fix" things that aren't broken. Sad.

Super strong smell! Stays lingering on everything in the kitchen forever. Will go back to the orange one-does not smell.

We used Ajax lemon dish soap for many years. However, they've changed the scent. Way too strong!!! The smell is overpowering and bad for my sensitive skin. Ajax, please go back to the old formula...or at least make a mild version once again as an option!

Works great on cleaning grease off stove and all surfaces.

Not the same quality it used to have. Does not bubble up the way it used to. Cleaning power is not as strong. I was disappointed with this quality. They used to have them more much higher quality to this product.

Great and perfect to my dishes

Ajax dish soap is very good. It cleans the dishes very well. The one thing that I don’t like that it is a little rough on the hands if you are washing dishes without gloves.

I've used AJAX Lemon for quite a while now. The scent has changed from fresh lemon to artificial lemon. It seems to wash grease away sufficiently. However, the silverware has a sweet chemical smell after I wash and rinse them, even after a double rinsing. The smell is particularly strong on forks and a little less so on spoons and knives. I think this is due to some detergent residue which clings to the metal.

Delivery was terrible, all the bottles arrived broken and the liquid spilled inside the box. I couldn't return it because I couldn't take it to a store because everything was spilled. It was the worst online purchase I've ever made.

I bought it last year and my cousin buys it all the time. I air fry bacon and left a lot of grease on the air fryer basket. Ajax soap got the grease off. The only problem I have experience is my skin on my fingers drying out.

Leaves the kitchen smelling fresh and the dishes sparkling clean.

Works great to remove grease and soap scum!

Does not tackle grease as I'd hope
