Q: If this goes soft in warm water how do you use it to clean anything that requires scrubbing instead of just rinsing? Cold water should NEVER be used to clean, yet that's what this needs to function???

A: Who says cold water "should NEVER be used to clean"? Is this a law? LOL You can use it cold to scrub away residue on anything, and then go in with hot soapy water if you need to.
submitted byLuluLaLa - 6 months agoA: Our scrubbers work well with water alone. If you feel a little detergent is needed, baking soda, vinegar, or a mild dish soap is recommended. Harsh chemicals should be avoided to obtain maximum longevity.

It was terrible. When I received it, I was extremely disappointed. It was ripped and smelled awful. The odor was just TOO much to handle, so I just had to get rid of it. I wish I could give it zero stars. It was very disappointing.

Scrub Daddy is the best friend/husband/daddy you could hope for! He is so cute, doesn't ever complain, keeps the kids occupied, and even helps with all the chores! I have fallen in love with him ever since I first met him a month ago. Scrub Daddy, is an amazing, super high quality sponge. I definitely recommend! And so cheap, too :-)

soo it works great on soft and hard surfaces, u can change its texture and softness simply with using warm or cold water, and its eyes are for grip and its mouth for utensils is just brilliant, but i noticed some flaws with scrub daddy, its weakness are small peices of food since they can get stuck in scrub daddy’s flextexture and it can dirty other plates while scrubbing them, and whenever it battle grease usually the grease can get on the scrub daddy, this is very annoying cuz even the grease can get on the plates when scrubbing them, its like a fly spreading viruses to many bad stuff, and u cant even get rid of the grease, ive seen alot of reviews saying that, so it would be a pleasure to do something about this -Poli

They use to be great; I have my first two scrub daddy’s still and they are in great shape (about two years old; yellow) anything made in the past year is trash(blue), like the comments mention, they fall apart after a week or two of light use. Do not recommend; go back to the basics.

Fun sponge! I normally use cheap sponges from the dollar store, but after trying scrub daddy at a friend's I decided to treat myself. Nothing too crazy, but it is nice :)
