Alexia Frozen Loaded Cauliflower - 10oz

I have been going thru a lifestyle change and have been looking for some alternatives. I came across the loaded cauliflower at my local grocer Publix. I was hesitant because of the price point but I thought I’d give it a try anyway. Wellll let me say again…y’all did y’all big one with this dish. It was flavorful, substantial in portion size and was much better than expected. I even let my husband try it and he gave me several nods of approval. Even asked if I could copycat it. Will be checking for it on sale next time.

Taste really good and cooks nicely for a microwave item. My only complaint is the sodium content and price point is really high.

Due to the pandemic I’m sheltering in place, so I miss everything about going out. I’m a good cook so it’s rare that I purchase something from the store that’s prepared that pleases me. Alexa created a winner with this. I have food sensitivities & must eat organic or responsibly raised meats, dairy, eggs… I tolerated this very well, so they use quality ingredients. I’m sorry I only purchased 1 bag. I’m unable to find it again, but I won’t forget it. I’m craving this. Pair w/ fish, beef, chicken or solo. It’s so delicious it inspired me to make & have it as a MRE. You heard if from me 1st. Why not? This is a comfort food. I highly recommend that you try this. It’s Surprisingly Excellent

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was. I was afraid it would be watery like some other cauliflower dishes I have tried but it was not. Next time I would probably add a bit more cheese and some salt. It is amazing for low carb eating and has a pretty good fiber/protein amount. Plus you can eat the whole thing for only 220 calories :)

I started eating this side whenever my family had mashed potatoes, it's so good! Now I can't find it anywhere - I hope they will bring it back soon!!

The texture and taste is so amazing! It is so much tastier than riced or mashed versions. I bought it once as a substitute for something else that was out of stock. But the next time I tried to buy it, and it was out of stock. Please make sure this product is available everywhere! Simply delicious!

It's weird to write a review for something I got at the grocery store but I tried alexia for the first time, and just spent half my lunch time looking at the website and making a list of every product they make so I can buy all of them. I also noticed another review about portion sizes, which surprised me because I thought this was big (especially marketed as a side)! Usually you get a frozen entire "meal" and pull it out of the box and think "uh... Why did they bother to make the box twice as big as the actual food portion" and then you want 3 of them. This really surprised me, it was more than enough for just me as my lunch (with nothing else), and it's perfect for my goals (cheese, bacon, and more protein than carbs!). Even if I wasn't comparing to the measly portions I've been eating while trying to count calories (ha some of you sympathize, right?), this was still a generous portion and filled me up WAY more than anything else I've tried for an under-250-calorie lunch!

I'm currently eating this now and over the moon about it - tastes just like a really cheesy bacon baked potato. There isn't much there to split, so it makes for a perfect healthy lunch for one. Keep these coming!

After being on Keto for over 6 months this product is a wonderful change. It taste delicious and makes you feel like you are cheating!!!

Bought this as a side dish for my wife and I. Says 2.5 servings per container. There is not enough cauliflower in this package for one person let alone two. They use 2/3 of a cup as one serving. Really? Quite the rip off. All of their products are small portions but this one is ridiculous.

You can’t even tell this is a frozen dish. So flavorful and fresh tasting!

I've cut way down on carbs and I was craving a baked potato so I ordered this with my groceries. I ate the entire container; it was delicious! All I added was a pinch of kosher salt and a spoon of greek yogurt. Super tasty and will keep on hand for future cravings.

Tried this today for the first time and it is so tasty and flavorful for a frozen entree. Every time I took a bite it was very enjoyable. I would definitely purchase this scrumptious yummy dish again and again. Thanks for creating this wonderful item. Much appreciated

I absolutely love this cauliflower dish! We’ve been doing a low carb diet and this is a great substitute for potatoes. Was lucky to find it at Sprouts here in CA.

The first 2 or 3 times buying this we absolutely loved it. Now it smells rotten after being cooked and the bacon is white. The taste is terrible. The quality or ingredients has changed over time. Please go back to how it was made in the beginning. But I tried it twice recently and had to throw it out both times,can’t afford to keep doing that .

This is the best! When I find it in the grocery store I buy them out. It is extremely difficult to find in Maine.
