All-Clad 11 Inch Square Grill, Nonstick Cookware, HA1 Hard Anodized

I’ve had All-Clad pots and pans for nearly twenty years and have thoroughly enjoyed each and every one of them. I will admit I’ve had to replace the non-stick grill, griddle and large saucepan once or twice over the years as I have done recently. But to be honest, I do a lot of cooking and I always hand wash all my All-Clad cookware. The non-stick items just run their coarse over time. When my stepson got married eight years ago, my wife and I purchased a 15 piece set for a wedding gift. I hope they use the set with enjoyment as long as I have.

I have used this own for decades. It is anazing. I have given it as a gift to friends that love it as much as I do. This is my go-to pan for cooking. Highly recommend for its superb craftsmanship and materials. It really does the job. Buy it!

I use this frequently for grilling everything; tuna, asparagus, bread. Easy cleanup and doesn’t take up much room in drawer.

There's nothing not to like -- it's relatively light, it truly is nonstick, it works!

I have a Le Creuset grill pan. My go gill pan is my All-Clad not stick square grill, 11 inch square. The reason it is easier to clean and it is lighter in weight.

I’ve had this pan for several months and use it almost every day. I’ve followed recommended cleaning instructions and the interior of the pan remains unblemished except for the top borders. On the bottom (edges mostly) the black coating has rubbed off which can only be explained to occur when cleaning it in the sink. But it doesn’t explain the removal of black coating on top of the borders that don’t rub against the sink. This hasn’t affected the performance of the pan. It just doesn’t look good. Disregard what looks like a brown cast on the interior photo; it’s a shadow.

Nonstick. Such even grilling and easy clean up. I grilled tomatoes and they held their shape and released from pan easily.

So versatile, cooks evenly, and doesn't stick. I use this pan more than any other pan I have.

Excellent in-house grilling tool, but I wish it would have lid or press.

I am on my second pan like this and have searched everywhere for a lid that fits. I have yet been able to find anything that is square like the pan. Even if you use a splatter screen you have to have a 15" circular one to cover the 11" square pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too me a while to write this cause its been smoky out! I intended to use it for the BBQ but realized it was far too nice for that. So, used it on the electric glasstop stove. I really like this piece! Heavy and solid, with a really nice tall brim. I've gotten several veggie baskets and they seem to all be too small - not enough room for even some asparagus. Not this one! The nonstick surface is easy to clean, and it is substantially sized so you could easily throw in 2 burgers and some other veggies. As opposed to the outside barbeque, this has the nice grilling ridges on it but you can monitor it inside in the kitchen so it's easier to stuff more things in there and be able to just turn them over occasionally. Ha, I'd actually say this is a good compromise if you want to be grilling, but it's too smoky out!

I am delighted at how well this grill cooks evenly, leaves beautiful grill marks and nothing sticks. The ridges in the skillet allow grease to fall to the bottom. Non-stick coating worked absolutely perfectly. Will definitely be keeping this in our camping cook box.

I personally use it on a gas stovetop, but it is also fine to use it on an electric stovetop or even in an oven up to 500°F. Made from heavy gauge, hard anodized aluminum coated with 3 layers of a safe and easy-to-clean nonstick material, this cookware heats efficiently and evenly for healthy cooking and effortless cleanup! It is dishwasher safe as well, but I’m not sure there’s a need since I barely have to rinse and wipe it off once I’m done. The nonstick coating is tested for safety to assure there is no food contact with harmful substances, and it also seems to be durable (as long as metal utensils are not used). The best feature has to be raised ridges that drain excess fats and create perfectly seared grill marks! It’s simple to make quick and easy quesadillas without using any oil or butter, and I’m continually exploring many other healthier meal ideas for this versatile grill pan. The stainless steel handle is firmly secured, plus it seems to stay cool for stovetop cooking. I did find that it took a while to heat up, but once it did, it regulated the heat really well. Definitely recommend!
