I made lamb loin chops as my first try out and not only did it grill with beautiful grill lines, I had no sticky residue left. I love that it has a pour slit on the edge of the grill to pour the leftover juice.

The grill pan heats evenly and is large enough to accommodate large cuts of meats. It is a perfect size for the bridge element on my glass top electric range. Cleanup is effortless. Grilling indoors is a joy with this pan.

Used this at a friends and loved it so much I had to get one myself. I can't say that about any other pots or pans! The higher than average lip facilitates tossing food and not dumping it all over. My mom loves the grill component.

I use it almost daily to roast vegetables in the oven. The edge keeps any juices or oils contained and I'm not ruining the cookie sheets any more. Easily cleaned by hand.
