This wonderful new addition to our small All-Clad collection went right into service! It makes great burgers and lamb chops, so far. It heats evenly and quickly on my electric range top and it is very attractive. Not the easiest to clean, hence the 4 not the 5, it was a great price and I expect my kids will use it when I am long gone. The trivet is also beautiful and very useful.

Works great on all types of meat and sandwiches. I have 19 All Clad pieces, including some electrics and LOVE them all! Have added to my collection since 2004 and still use the pieces.

I love the grill pan for its cooking purpose. It needs a scrub brush for cleaning - getting into those grooves can take a few minutes. I would buy this again and would recommend it, just be aware that it cast iron and not like cleaning a non-stick skillet. I think it is a beautiful pan.

It looks very pretty and fancy, good for indoor oven use but it also works on the grill and over open flames. The grill pan makes grill marks on anything cooked in it as well and has 2 handles for easy handling. I love it and would highly recommend.

I love cooking with cast iron but clean up is always a bit lengthy because of how sensitive they are to water. This enameled cast iron grill cuts the clean up time basically in half if not more. It is also very non stick not too heavy. This is perfect for getting those grill lines you are after without having to fire up your outdoor cooking appliances. It also goes in the oven so that you can roast after you sear! I have tried all kinds of proteins and veggies and this grill makes them all so simple. I have other All-Clad products and they are all my favorite.

I love the design and how the grill is made. It is a very heavy and sturdy pan. I also like it has a board that comes with it to sit on it when it's hot. I Highly recommend this pan.

I'll start by saying the quality of this pan is second to none and the production of it is sustainably made. Whats great about cooking on this cast iron is the perfect heat distribution among your meats and foods to get an even cook across it all. I love the fact that you can easily pop this into the oven and can go up to 650 for any additional baking. Lastly serving up, this comes with an acacia wood trivet to allow for placement of food after its done. Chefs kiss. All in all would strongly recommend this if you are in the market for a cast iron.

This pan is great. Only negative I have trouble finding recipes to get full potential out of this pan Other than basic grilled meats. It has not good for part of cooking time in oven. Need recipes for grill pan that either starts with pan in oven to finish on stove or start on top ove stove then into oven
