All-Clad 13 Inch Pizza Baker Stone with Serving Tray & Pizza Cutter, Gourmet Accessories

Not what I wanted. I sent it back. It was too complicated to use.

My expectation was this stone would prevent the burnt pizza on the floor of the oven. It's actually worse than just cheese. Oil(?) seeped through the stone leaving a tar-like resin on the oven floor. Oven cleaner round 5... booooo may as well place pizza right on the rack after all.

It also comes with a pizza cutter that has a firm metal handle. The stone heats up evenly and makes pizza have the perfect crispy crust.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stone is extremely heavy, but the carrying tray is very sturdy. The carrying tray makes it very easy to get in and out of the oven. The stone can be cured ahead of time or just let it happen over time. The stone will scratch and show wear if you cut the pizza while still on the stone, but it stays warmer that way. It's not meant to stay pristine, it collects oil because its porous. Delivers a good crispy crust every time!

My only comment was with the pizza cutter. It is very awkward to handle and the cutting portion was too tight as the blade didn't rotate. I assume it will loosen up with use. Believe me when i say that it is SHARP.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stone looks very nice and it is great that it comes with the stainless steel carrier too so it can be easily moved out of the oven. I placed the stone in the oven at 425 while the oven was preheating. The frozen pizza directions called for cooking at 425 for ~10 mins. The crust didn't come as crispy as I thought it would. It might take longer to bring the stone up t temperature. The pizza cutter worked well for a quesadilla but not for this pizza.

The handles are a good feature as the other boards i have do not have that. Easy to clean and thin to store. good product

It came well packaged but I was a little surprised there were no instructions. The stone is quite heavy so I like that a serving tray is included to make it easier to carry and take out of the oven. One pro to using a stone is no more messes in the oven from frozen pizzas! I'm sold on this for life! The stone is very durable and appears to be well made and good quality but it is fairly soft, so be careful when using the cutter. The cutter went through multiple types of pizza with ease. I'm tossing my other cutter. I would highly recommend!

It is quite durable and incredibly sturdy. I like how thick the pizza stone is. It is also quite large. Plenty of room for a bigger pizza! It is also just a beautiful looking piece to have! Looks great! I love the handles on the side of this pizza oven. The rivets make it so easy to remove. Cleaning is super easy as well. In terms of seasoning the stone, you can either pre-season this yourself or let it season over time. Just a heads up, it does take quite a few uses if you decide to let it season over time. Well worth it though! The cooking quality is fantastic. I like how crispy this makes the pizza. None of the sogginess! The pizza is so flavorable. It really makes some delicious pizza. Love the pizza cutter included as well. This is the best pizza cutter I have ever used. It is so easy and cuts perfectly. You don’t even have to use it back and forth, over and over in order to cut properly. Just one roll and it’s cut! I am a novice when it comes to making pizza, and I found this so simple to use with great results. Highly recommended!

We love pizza in our house and a crispy bottom is something we have been missing. This pizza stone was the exact thing we needed. Crispy bottoms and keeps pizza warm for serving. It’s definitely heavy so keep that in mind but it’s exactly the quality I was hoping for. It comes with the serving tray which makes it a lot easier to handle. And a really nice stainless pizza cutter that works really nicely. Also love this set for a cute cheese tray or other food items which makes it multi use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this wonderful stone set for about a week and have used it multiple times. It works so much better than an aluminum pan to cook pizza. It not only heats evenly to give the crust a nice crispness, it also keeps the pizza warm after baking. The stone is beautiful itself and the serving tray makes it easy to get it into and out of the oven. The stone is quite heavy, after all it is a real piece of stone, but the design of the tray makes it easier to handle. The pizza cutter works well, however if you do not want etching in the stone I would recommend removing the pizza from the stone before cutting. The soapstone is a soft stone and is easily scratched. Some people may like that particular look, but it is surprising if you are not expecting it. The only downside is that there are absolutely no directions or care instructions in the box. The stone must be seasoned before first being used or your pizza will stick. Once it is seasoned, the stone turns color from a grey matte color to a beautiful blue green marbled color. Although some directions say it is dishwasher safe, I would never place this stone in the dishwasher, as it is easily hand washed. I would be concerned that the extended time in the humidity of the dishwasher would damage the stone. The directions for the seasoning and cleaning of the stone can be found online. Overall this a wonderful set, that needs an instruction guide included in the box.

This came in well packed, and includes a Serving Tray and Pizza Cutter. This pizza stone is made from soapstone, a soft spongy rock that wicks excess water away from the dough, to achieve the crispy crust, like the ones from a traditional wood-fired oven. My husband loves the Chef Boyardee Pizza box, so this is really a great match, as it also help you achieve that evenly cooked and crisp that everyone loves for a pizza. Though, this being a stone is a little heavy for a small lady like me. The serving tray is made from a durable stainless steel. It has a sturdy riveted handles, so it's easier to handle your pizza in/out of the oven. The rotary cutter that came with it is also made from stainless steel. It's a bit bigger than the regular cutter but it does the work. I just wish the handle has a rubber on it so you could get a good grip when cutting pizza. Also, the stone can be used for other stuff, like a Serving Tray or in making quesdillas, baked goods, appetizers, and more which is really cool. Another bonus is that this has lifetime warranty.

One thing I didnt like as much is how heavy the stone is. The stone itself though cooks evenly. The pizza cutter seems to be high quality also and cuts very easy.

The stone itself is heavy but sturdy and I'm not afraid of it breaking in the oven. It was very easy to clean and I can tell it will hold up for a long time. The serving tray makes it so easy to put in and take the stone out of the oven. The pizza cutter was larger than I was expecting it to be however it cut my pizza with ease!

The Stone make sure that the pizza is evenly baked to perfection. It keeps the pizza so very hot when finished. Or quesadilla too. The serving tray is such a great touch because it’s just like the pizza store where they serve you in the tray. Plus the pizza cutter cuts through the pizza with such ease. As you can imagine, it’s a bit heavy but it’s ok, it’s authentic and a must-have in your kitchen.

Also love the bonus pizza cutter. I think the only down side to this is having to oil the stone prior to use. It is also a softer stone so it will leave scratches if you cut on it. However in the long run we will have some great tasting pizza!
