I was specifically looking for ceramic coated bakeware, and was intentionally avoiding Teflon. Turns out this jelly roll pan IS coated with Teflon, NOT mentioned in the product description. The word “ceramic” WAS used, so the description was misleading. I will not be using the pan. The cost for shipping it back, despite the offered product refund, makes it not worth my effort.

Love the thickness and the coating, but it bent the second time we used the pan, at a reasonable temperature, this was faster than the cheap pans we bought.

The jelly roll pan is fantastic! It was a game changer for this year’s Christmas baking. It is gorgeous, functional and well priced. My only complaint was that it took quite awhile to receive it.

These are a terrific upgrade from my old pans! Easy breezy to clean and I don’t hear the “bang” when the old pans would warp in the hot oven anymore. Food cooks so much better!

I love the look & feel of this pan, but I just put two quiches in the oven at 425 degrees and it warped. So frustrating, I want to love this pan! But it will be relegated with all the others to be used for cookies and such.

This, plus the rack is perfect for grilling them in the oven. The sheet has also been good for everything from bread to meat. Use silicon tools only! And don’t bring metal near them. You’ll love these for a long time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pans really do as they claim. They are heavy duty well made pans. The coating really does have a non stick finish. Clean up is easy and wipes clean. My cookies were baked evenly and a little quicker than other pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AllClad Pro-Release Bakeware half sheet pan is great! This is an essential in any kitchen. I love the 1" high rims on the sides of this pan, which prevent food from spilling over the edges. I worry less about my loose items (like chex mix or granola) spilling over the edge when removing from the oven than I did before this pan. The handles are easy to grip comfortably and were nicely sized for grabbing with cooking mitts on. This pan is amazing when it comes to non-sticking, our cookies slide off of the pan with minimal effort when fully cooked. In addition, cooked on foods wipe off very easily when cleaning this pan. The half sheet pan is a great size for smaller batches of items if you aren't baking for a crowd. This pan feels really durable, and is an absolute necessity in our kitchen! Highly recommend.

It's heavy-duty but still easy cleanup. I love that the metal isn't too dark, so cookies and roll cakes don't get overbaked. The wire rack is pretty substantial - not too flimsy. It's great for cooking bacon or wings or burgers in the oven. The added handle on the long side of the sheet pan is really helpful, too. I love this set and will be using it all the time!

The extra cooling rack is perfect for after the cookies/pastries are done. We also used the rack in the oven to head up chick strips - they got crispy all the way around, it was nice.
