All-Clad Nonstick 15 x 10 Inch Jelly Roll Pan, Pro-Release Bakeware

I was specifically looking for ceramic coated bakeware, and was intentionally avoiding Teflon. Turns out this jelly roll pan IS coated with Teflon, NOT mentioned in the product description. The word “ceramic” WAS used, so the description was misleading. I will not be using the pan. The cost for shipping it back, despite the offered product refund, makes it not worth my effort.

Love the thickness and the coating, but it bent the second time we used the pan, at a reasonable temperature, this was faster than the cheap pans we bought.

Excellent heavy weight sheets with great release surface

The jelly roll pan is fantastic! It was a game changer for this year’s Christmas baking. It is gorgeous, functional and well priced. My only complaint was that it took quite awhile to receive it.

Excellent value and above expectations for the quality of the construction. Great that the cooling rack nestles neatly into the half sheet pan for storage.

Nice release finish. Convenient size for smaller items.

These are a terrific upgrade from my old pans! Easy breezy to clean and I don’t hear the “bang” when the old pans would warp in the hot oven anymore. Food cooks so much better!

I hand wash only and never bake with these over 400 degrees and the coating is chipping off more with each use.

I LOVE these pans and racks. I’ve ordered additional sets and given them as gifts.

I was trying to find a baking sheet that didn’t warp in heat. I was hoping this was the one. It was not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This baking sheet performs as expected. I've used it to bake cookies and to roast carrots and squash. Every clean up has been a piece of cake. Nothing sticks to stays baked onto this tray. You should know this isn't the largest baking sheet but does the job when cooking at home for two.

I like having something that doesn't take up too much room in the oven so I can do multiple jobs. It's also great for doing garlic break in the broiler. My broiler is at the bottom and full-size sheets don't allow the drawer to close. I haven't had trouble with sticking or cleaning. Just remember it's for small jobs, not a full batch of cookies ;)

It’s smaller than my other sheets but a perfect size for roasting vegetables or reheating food. I like the large handles, making it easy to grab the tray without sticking my oven mitt in the food. And it’s super easy to clean. Great product!

It's perfect to bake cookies or scones. I also like that with one wipe I can clean the bakeware and nothing sticks to it.

Baking sheets tend to get rusted and burned quickly and have been something I don't usually spend much money on because of. This sheet is the perfect size for everyday use in my single-person household. The sheet itself is super thick and works for every single thing I need to throw in the oven. I have become more sensible about what I am putting into landfills and with that have invested in silicone baking sheets among other earth-friendly supplies. This pan fits a baking sheet with some overlap. It's great for meat, veggies, or baking. With foil, I would also feel perfectly comfortable broiling with this pan. It washes up very well in the dishwasher and fits nicely in my cabinets. All-Clad products are slowly taking over most areas of my kitchen and are consistently at the top of their class. An all-around perfect sheet for 1-2 people households or small snacks in bigger households.

We tend to use silicon mats when cooking, but the non-stick nature should make this a breeze to clean. Great for cooking up a small batch of something.
