Overall, I think the noodles are great. It’s really hard to find a good gluten-free noodle, so I was pleasantly surprised when the noodles came out soft and chewy, without falling apart! As far as the seasoning goes, I just did not care for it. I was not expecting it to be spicy. I mean don’t get me wrong, it’s not spicy like Sriracha. But it IS spicy. I thought that there would be bits of mushroom in this, not at all. It IS listed as Porcini Mushroom, so I think it’s fair to say that I could be pretty disappointed there was no mushroom flavor or mushroom product at all. FYI, you do need to add butter or butter alternative and milk or milk alternative, which I was not aware of until I went to prepare the pasta. It’s not terrible, but I just don’t think that I would purchase this item again.

I thought the flavor was good, but it was shipped with a large bottle of laundry detergent so it was smashed to bits. I will try again but make sure it’s shipped with only soft things.

Sauce packet was missing! I bought it because of the sauce packet/seasoning. If I wanted to buy regular pasta I could have. The box had no evidence of being tampered with and now I’m seeing other reviews of this happening to other people as well.

From the outside this looked fine, no apparent packaging issues but then I noticed bits of pasta were spilling from the bottom of the box and when I opened it all the pasta was in tiny pieces ( there were about 5 pieces of whole pasta) and the sauce packet was missing. Very disappointed in this product

So good and so easy to make. Definitely recommend adding some sautéed mushrooms and spinach to give some substance. It’s little heavy on the black pepper too for those sensitive to it. A little expensive, but I’ll definitely continue rebuying!

This was so delicious! I love that it’s all REAL ingredients in the box. Very flavorful and the pasta was a great texture even with being GF. I added some chopped up mushrooms in the hot pan at the end, and it really took the dish up a notch. This was so easy, I was glad it was in my pantry. I’ll be buying again!

Loved this pasta… easy to make and purchased because it doesn’t have preservatives. Was surprised at how flavorful the porcini was without “flavoring”, just real mushrooms. So good!! Was a hit with picky kids at home too.
