I bought this as a dupe for the OG micellar water bc it was cheaper. It burns so bad and it takes AGESSS to remove waterproof mascara, and even then it doesn’t fully remove it all. This is awful.

The product clearly states free of oil on the label, which is a lie because there is clear separation of the product. Micellar cleansing WATER should be exactly that with the consistency of water. The product made me break out, and I have also developed a sty.
Oily and takes forever to remove waterproof mascara!

Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 2 or 3 bucks on the name brand. I use waterproof mascara and the up&up brand does not remove it effectively. You have to put too much work into it to get it all off which kind of defeats the purpose of just laying the cotton pad on your eye for a few seconds like the instructions suggest. Even the Walgreen’s brand is a great dupe to the Garnier. And although they contain mostly the same ingredients, the effectiveness is NOT the same.

This was so oily and left a disgusting feeling film on my skin. I had to wash my face twice to get it all off. Would give zero stars if I could.

This is a good alternative to Garnier if you want to save a couple dollars. You do want to shake it because it's similar to a makeup remover that seperates. It takes off makeup, dirt and grime on your skin even if you can't see it. I work in a factory and it takes about 2 rounds of cleansing to fully clean but it's such a massive help to keep my skincare routine up.
No. Just NO.

This leaves an oily residue on your face that you have to clean off. Not a good comparison to the name brand at all. You get what you pay for with this one.

I bought this micellar water to help remove my stubborn eye make-up. This product helps remove my foundation and blush, but is not very effective with my waterproof mascara and eyeliner. I find that cleansing balms work way better than this.

Would give one star if could. Nothing like name brand. It is extremely oily and leaves a film on your face, which is breaking me out. Bottle says no rinse, but you definitely have to wash your face afterwards to remove the oil.

False advertising 3-1 Micellar Water is nothing but oil while stating “oil free.” I will be returning this product asap. I don’t recommend this product.
