Q: Is it supposed to be unsealed? There was no tape on the box and no safety wrap/seal of any kind on the bottle. I'm used to personal care products having some sort of tamper-proof packaging.

A: Thanks for your question! Our hydrating and plumping Hyaluronic Acid Serum can definitely be used on all skin types and even on teenage skin to help retain moisture and hydration. Be sure to apply the Hyaluronic Acid Serum first after cleansing and toning the skin, prior to applying any additional serums and moisturizer. As with all of our products, we do highly recommend patch-testing the product prior to use, as younger skin can be more sensitive.

This serum is fantastic! I feel like it definitely plumps my skin with hydration, I’m noticing the fine lines on my forehead are becoming less noticeable and even an acne scar on my cheek is becoming less noticeable! I also love the texture, it kind of goes on with a thick slippery texture but dries completely fine quickly! I have sensitive skin and it hasn’t irritated it at all. I’ve been using this with the Niacinamide serum from the same brand as well as cerave face wash, moisturizer, and retinol and I’ve really noticed a difference in the appearance of my skin. Other people around me are noticing too! For the price point, it’s a great product to try! I’m ordering more to have on hand for when I run out!

Please do not buy. It is not for ALL types of skin. Had allergic reaction, swollen eyes all through Christmas and itchy, red skin. I had 2 others for gift and took them back will be returning at store.
