This was my first time buying meat from Target and using their delivery service. Was very unhappy when I received the meat that was a month expired. I was unable to go to the grocery store that day due to my 7 month old being sick and this meat was for a dinner I was making. Target did refund the meat but couldn't prepare the dinner that night. I'm not sure how they let meat expire for a month without pulling it but I do make sure I check experation dates on all their products now.

The quality of the meat was really bad, very fishy and bloody, and I suspect it was stale even before the expiration date. I ate this bad beef, and then I threw the whole thing away without a second thought.

Best ground beef ever! It tastes good and it doesn’t feel greasy. It does have a color to it, but at longest you have a meat thermometer on hand you shouldn’t worry if it’s undercooked. I cooked mine at 160 at a well done point and it still had a pink color.

This meat was weirdly pink even after cooking! We made burgers and they were hot pink inside even when fully cooked. we even microwaved them until they were hot, dry, and chewy...still hot pink. are it because it was not spoiled, but definitely not buying again.

Best ground beef I have bought and will continue to buy. The meat is red on the outside and red/purple on the inside, which is a sign of being very fresh. Origin is USA, which is a plus and important to me. No brown meat on the inside, which is a clear sign of oxidization from the meat not being cared for properly (ie. left out for a period of time, not packaged well, etc.). If price is a concern..there are some packages that will have a 3 dollar off coupon because the use by/freeze by date is 7 days away.
