Not sure if these are the same ones from a few years ago that I bought, but they feel more stiff and plasticky. I have washed them numerous amount of times and they’re just okay. Makes your pillow “non breathable” at times.

This pillow cover is not waterproof. The cover was soaked in pee and so was the pillow inside it. Would not recommend as a waterproof cover.

We have used these protectors on all our pillows and mattresses for a few years now. Not once had an issue. My one daughter gets bloody noses occasionally especially during the winter and I can easily pull off the pillow cover and pop it in the washer/dryer. Comes out just fine and spotless again!

I have really bad allergies and thought it would be good to get pillow protectors because I prefer down pillows. It was a little plastic/crunchy feeling. It also kind of traps air in the pillow case so it changes how your pillow feels. The worst part was that somehow they made the pillow really hot and I got super sweaty. I tried it for 2 nights before I stopped using it. I did wash and dry it first and did not have problems with it melting together as other people have mentioned. Not sure if it is actually waterproof or not.

Did not protect brand new pillow. Protector on same day bought pillow and surprise surprise it's not waterproof nor pee proof because everything smells horrible. Disgusted I gave trust into this product.

I put this over my toddlers pillow as he often spills his nightly water sippy cup. Imagine my shock when I change it 2 weeks later and the pillow is MOLDED because this is NOT waterproof. The pillow we used is brand new and was purchased the same day we bought the cover. I am so disappointed in this product!

These are so noisy, I’m shocked my children haven’t complained about them. I’ve owned quite a few different products from this brand — and this is the first time where I’d say I’m not satisfied with my purchase. Now that I’m reading reviews, I’m seeing quite a few that say they aren’t actually waterproof. That part I cannot speak to, but I do plan on adding another fabric around the pillow so that it muffles the sound a bit. I know this sounds dramatic but it sounds like you’re turning your head over on a bag of frozen veggies. If these had been for my own bed, I’d have returned right away; however I decided to keep them since they’re on my kids’ beds.

Sadly I washed them before testing out to see how crunchy they were. Going to try and return. They are definitely crunchy but that is what you get, I guess, from waterproof pillow cases.

Not waterproof. I Got them to use for when my kid is sick. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that they are not waterproof or even really water resistant. My child threw up a very small amount (it was more like a spit up). I removed the pillowcase and this cover within a few seconds, but the pillow was still saturated in the vomit. Hoping that it was just a defective one, or that maybe I had accidentally gotten vomit on the pillow while removing the cover, I used the other one in the pack. My kid threw up again the same night, this time a prolific amount, and despite stripping the pillow again within a minute, the pillow was saturated. These provide no more protection than any other pillowcase/cover and they are certainly not waterproof
