I wanted to like this product it has drying alcohols in it and I can't trust these products for that reason. My hair has been breaking off.

I am sad to say this new formulation does not even compare to the previous version which is disappointing when you found an amazing product that hydrates and defines 4c hair. After a fresh wash, I applied the product as I usually do when I noticed it did not provide any moisture to my hair-it just coated it which caused it to feel dehydrated with no curl definition :(. Please bring back the prior formula!

It has a nice light sweet spearmint scent. I used as a 1 & done on towel dried hair. Not much slip but very creamy. Did not need alot of product. Does provide moisture and hold. My hair had nice definition. However I did not care for the application.
