This is the worst product ever. From Day 1 that I started taking these tabs, I noticed that my hair fall increased. Two weeks into taking these tabs, I lost almost 50% of my hair volume. Since then, I have stopped taking these tabs, but the damaging effect is still there. After I stopped taking these tabs, my hair loss has since then decreased. I REGRET going by the reviews and taking these tabs. It cost me 50% loss in my hair volume. I am not sure if the reviews on this site are paid reviews or not. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER by purchasing these tabs. I should probably ask for a refund.

Began taking this 15-20 years ago because of eyelash thinning, and it did a great job. Had to quit taking it due to lack of funds, but eyelashes stayed thicker. Now I'm having problems with the hair on my head thinning, and so now that I have the funds, I'm giving this a shot again. I know I have to be patient, but I have been back on this product for a couple months and it is growing hair (on my face) once again for me. I just hope it works for the hair on top of my head!

This is a wonderful product however, every time I receive it, most of the pills in the bottle are broken into pieces. Otherwise, I would be happy with it.

We're so glad this product is available. It works great on skin and hair, and in addition according to Professor Louis Kervran who patented the extraction method from spring horsetail, the body transmutes silica to calcium. He proved this beyond any doubt, see his book Biological Transmutations. Our growing kids will hopefully benefit from this unusual supplement and this is the main reason we use it.

This product is great. I bought this for my hair and nails. I've been taking this for a little over a month now, my nails have been growing super fast. At the end of the month I grew a little over a half an inch, but I normally grow less than a half an inch. So I'm very pleased with this product. I only take one a day.

I've been taking silica for over 20 years & prefer horsetail extract. At 58, my skin is clear and smooth & my joints very mobile & comfortable. It's hard to find good standardized extracts. Always liked this brand, but it was too pricey elsewhere. Please keep it!

I believe this is a good product. However, I have switched over to Swanson's Bamboo Silica because I prefer the capsule form. I believe silica should be an RDA because it is needed for bone density, hair, skin and nails.
