I don't know. They were a little big on me even though I was in the right size & as far as comfort, I'm sure the not great fit, caused discomfort & leakage. I do love the always brand! Just not super impressed with these.

I tried one on and they fit well. Im a size 18 and weigh 226 currently and they fit perfectly. Not too tight or anything. They're also comfy.

I received these at the perfect time, right after I had my baby. As we all know with child birth comes bleeding and these work great! I like them so much more than the giant pads and disposable underwear the hospital gives you. They are super absorbant and extremely comfortable for a diaper that is. 😅 I would definitely recommend these for all of the postpartum moms out there!

But overall this a great product and I would purchase in the future. Very comfortable and as long as you wear appropriate close these underwear can be discrete

I don’t have to worry about leaks and they are very comfortable to wear! I wish I would have given these a try with previous pregnancies. The fit is perfect not tight at all, breathable and durable.
