These do a good job of holding everything in but that’s the only selling point for me. I was using Depend Silhouettes for postpartum bleeding before this but thought I’d try these since they were on sale. They tear too easily and irritate my skin on my private parts.

Fit nicely and comfortable to wear. I did notice a strong, plastic smell associated with each pair BUT it wasn’t noticeable enough to prevent me from utilizing the product. All of the claims about comfort and absorption quality are true. If you are extremely sensitive to smells, you may want to think twice.

These are BEADY. Like hard little beads fresh out of the package. I made the mistake of not testing them out before delivery and now I’m in the hospital with what feels like a bean bag in my pants. Ridiculous for how expensive compared to underwear not directed towards postpartum. Also the coverage is all wrong in the bottom. It’s too tight around the thigh when sitting and loose around the cheeks. Stick with depends or another brand because this was a flop.

I bought these instead of other diapers because they are fragrance free which I love. But that’s about it. They are so thin and they ride up. The coverage is bad because they don’t stay in place.

After reading reviews between these and the Depends, I ordered the Always Postpartum diapers. Being the last of the friend group to have babies, means you get all the good tips and tricks. Friends had told me to have the diapers ready for myself for when we get home. And so glad I did. These made it so much easier and bathroom trips about as quick as they can be when you are freshly home with a new baby. I did order a size up from my normal, which I’m glad I did. Ended up with an unplanned C-Section, so I still had some swelling and fluid retention. I’m normally a jeans size 10, but I ordered the Large pads and they fit great. Not tight, dont leave marks, and the pad inside does not rub against the incision site or irritate it at all. Would highly reccomend these to anyone putting together their postpartum care kit.

Not true to size! I bought a L (normally wear size 16 bottoms) and they were so tight and cutting off my circulation! I tried the other Always diapers (black ones) and it was the same thing. It’s insane and so inconvenient because now I can’t return since they’ve been opened. Not sure how these claim to be size 14-20 but definitely not. Size up!

By my third trimester, I found these as lifesavers for all the ~things ~ going on down there! Still using in post partum because, yup, all the new ~things~ going on down there! Pros: They’re soft, comfy and stretchy and capture leaks, discharge the whole nine. Cons: There is one part in the pad that is meant to hold extra liquids just in case and I found it annoying/uncomfortable when sitting down sometimes. It’s just how it’s made.

Gave me a rash, now I’m more miserable. They also seem to stick to my incision in a way others haven’t. They are high waisted and stretchy, which is nice in theory.

Excellent for heavy bleeders! Easily the best product I’ve used postpartum. Great coverage and very comfortable. We traveled to deliver and these saved my hotel sheets from any blood spilling out the front or back. They do run a little small. The larges were a little tight (5’3”, 224lbs when I delivered and 197lbs 1 week postpartum).

Hands down my best and most useful postpartum purchase. Very comfortable, no leaks, no irritation. I’m usually a size M but I got a large for more comfort and it’s perfect. It’s way easier to use than the double pad they give in the hospital postpartum.

These were so much easier than the pairs where you change out the pad. They’re super comfortable. I was a size 16 before pregnancy and these fit really well right after birth. I actually had a friend bring them to me in the hospital because the stuff my nurses gave me was awful.
