I'm homeless and it's a difficult time to try to find a bathroom to go pee when I need to, adding the cold weather makes everything worse! I wish I had saved up the money to buy the underwear I know works for me.. I suffer from full bladder loss. I felt it go thru the underwear and my pants. Im so embarrassed! Next time I'm saving up for what I know works for me! STAY AWAY!

I like that they feel and are cut like normal underwear. I would recommend buying the size of the underwear you wear. I bought these for postpartum. I am an XL which is usually a size 16. The packaging says a L can fit a size 20. I bought the larges and I have to squeeze into them.

They hold a lot. However, I couldn't figure out why these were making everything itchy down there and what do you know, they're scented. I'm returning what hasnt been opened. The only perk is that if you pee your pants post partum, these hold a ton.

I should have read the reviews thoroughly before buying instead of seeing the number of stars. These are HEAVILY scented. No where in the online description states they are scented. Upon opening the box, the scent was overwhelming. Definitely would not put these on freshly postpartum with a fragrance like that. Will be returning.

These saved my integrity after giving birth to my first child. I was in labor for more than 24 hours, had been pumped with liquids, and after delivering my baby, NOBODY told me my bladder was not going to hold anything in while I waddled to the restroom. As I struggled to get out of bed, I felt my bladder empty itself and this underwear (wasn’t aware they had postpartum ones) saved me from feeling humiliated by what had just happened. The underwear was FULL and there was bot one single leak on the bed, the floor, nowhere. Excellent product, I definitely recommend them for postpartum or post-op needs.

These are scented, and there is something toxic in Always brand products. I developed the most uncomfortable rash from using these post partum. (And yes I changed them frequently--at least hourly.) Do NOT buy these...or any Always products.

I much prefer this product to Depend, even though Depend has a men's product. I like this underwear better because it has double leak guards and absorbency throughout the whole garment rather than in just the front or the middle. It does not feel like paper. It does not feel nasty when wet. Ultimately, its the best for keeping it a secret that I don't always make it to the bathroom in time.

These are heavily scented, like they are doused in febreze spray. I can smell the sent through my clothing while worn. Ick. No where in the description do these state they are scented. I'll be returning these for a refund.

No where did I see online or even on the packaging that these are scented. If you want to walk around smelling like a vanilla scented trash bag then these will be great. They are so heavily scented that I could smell the opened bag from the next room.

They work! But my skin must be sensitive to a chemical in these because both nights I wore these I woke up in hives on my upper/inner thighs, butt, and stomach. Hives went away as soon as I stopped wearing them.

For postpartum these were a must have. I’d recommend them to anyone having a baby. I wore these a few weeks. I didn’t have any sensitivity to them even though there is a slight fragrance. They hold up well. Feel more like underwear than a diaper.
