These worked well for me as I only had light/medium bleeding, small clots, and minor incontinence. After I used up my supply of hospital pads it felt better to wear these regular sized pads. Good amount in package for frequent changes. If I had my normal period which is heavy flow, these wouldn't have worked.

Honestly, just use regular pads or adult diapers. These were disappointing and seemed to be less effective than regular pads.

Where is the pad? It’s incredibly short/small, narrow, and offers very little protection, and absorption. They’re not made with women beyond smaller, standard sizes in mind, and even then, I’m second guessing that. I don’t know what is happening with Always, as a brand, but I feel like product designs and decisions aren’t being well thought out. The only thing these have going for them, is they’re unscented.

I rarely write bad reviews but this product was so bad I had to share. It's supposed to be "leak proof for 12 hours." Within one hour of wearing it leaked through and ruined a pair of bottoms as well as my nice sheet set and left a stain on my matress. These are no where near what they shoukd be for postpartum bleeding. They are basically a glorified panty liner. Using a regular maxi pad would be better than this. So frustrated that I have to replace my sheets. Using this product has cost me way more money. Target should pull this product from the shelf.

Trash. I wouldn’t even get these for a preteen who started her period for the first time. They are so so tiny. An insult to a postpartum mother, truly. I’m talking 1/8 the size of a Frida pad (which are the absolute best). Material is irritating so not even a reliable backup option. If you have any injury postpartum stay away from these

Sigh. Always read the reviews first. These are regular sized period pads if you’re a light bleeder. They’re completely useless for postpartum bleeding. I’m 8 months PP and trying to use these up because I don’t like being wasteful, but geez they’re awful. I always get period on my underwear because the pad moves around. I’m a medium/heavy flow, and these are not the business. The only thing I like about it is the softness compared to the regular Always period pads, which is like a plastic material. However, for incontinence when you laugh or sneeze is perfect. I would use this pad more as a panty liner for this exact situation and not as a postpartum pad.

They don’t stick to underwear that well. They’re pretty thin, I needed a thicker pad. The maxi pads the hospital provided were better. I also feel like they’re overpriced because it’s labeled “postpartum”. I might as well bought a regular pack of pads. When I run out I’ll be buying a different kind.

Wish I read reviews before wasting my money on these. They are narrow and have elastic on the outside like a diaper but it doesn’t actually help keep blood on the pad. Definitely not good for postpartum, would also not work well for periods. The pads from the hospital are much better than these. Really shocked these are even on the shelves.

These are the worst for postpartum! They are much narrower than regular pads and easily leak onto underwear! They cost more as well for a poor quality product. Do not buy! I prefer Kotex ultra thin long pads, or what the hospital provides. These are awful.

I would not even use these for my normal period. These are thin and way way too small. It feels like they just slapped postpartum on a product. There are no wings, it bunches up when you walk, and just overall not a good pad in general.
