These are supposed to be 7 drop, long length incontinence pads but they do not work for overnight protection. They need changing frequently and the fragrance is irritating to my skin. They are thin and front coverage could be wider. Tried for 3 nights and needed to change clothes and shower in morning. Will go back to poise.

The scent that was added is sickening and makes me want to vomit. Why change a perfectly good product that was unscented? Please bring back the old unscented version! Giving it only 3 stars because of this new scent.

I loved this product when it was unscented! Why add fragrance?The smell makes me gag and fight nausea. The scent is very strong when opening an packet and it lingers while wearing. Even worse, the fragrance has caused hives and an itchy rash on my inner thighs. I threw away 4 bags of 42 pads. They’re toxic to me. Looking for a new brand. Apparently Poise is fragrance free and they offer the “7” strength.

The pads themselves are great, perhaps wings would be a bonus and make them perfect but upon opening the bag I've discovered that they are fragranced and after using one realized how irritating that fragrance is to already compromised skin from being damp, already irritated naturally. I'm assuming the fragrance is inside the pad and it's creating a burning sensation. I think those who want to, can always spray some perfume in that area if they wanted/needed it, these should not come with perfume added... This is my third time purchasing these and the first bag I had either had way less or had no perfume , the other one definitely had perfume and I had irritation and burning sensation, I tried to use it up but I could not, too bad, these would have been perfect if they had no fragrance added.

This product does not hold the amount of liquid specified and the length and sides are not what they should be! Much to my chagrin, while out on an errand, it leaked right through to my pants. I do not recommend this product if you have incontinence. Try another brand as l will be doing.

They have changed the product just like Bointy! The Discreet #7 used to be a lot wider at the crotch and longer. They were perfect and I was able to be confident wearing them in public and since the change I can no longer use them because they leak!

Decided to give these size 7 pads a try. The individual wrapped pad was compact and thin, but was surprised at how long these pads actually are! When opening for the first time they had a noticeable scent, I loved the light pleasant scent. They are incredibly comfortable too, an almost satiny smooth feel. The edges of the pads gusset area has a ruching for extra protection. They worked very well and kept me feeling great. One thing, I sort of wish these pads had 'wings', I understand these pads are aimed at being 'discreet', but I think wings could help.

It is absolutely false when they claim “no leak” They leak very easily. The protection they have on the edges is useless and gets soaking wet. Gushes go right over and down your legs and wet your clothes I do use this product as it is still the best of the choices but it really needs improvement. They need to hold more with no leaks and the need to be wider. The only way you can improve them is to use 2 at a time to make them wider. This helps a lot .manufacturer,until you fix the problem. Please stop false claims that mislead customers.

Let me tell you a funny testament to how well these pads protect you. My husband and I were home alone, getting baked, already laughing at something, walked in the kitchen and up at Chris and let him know that , what an absurd thing to notice, there was only about an inch of water in that big bowl. I looked at him and he started laughing about it, and his laugh alone kills me, it was over for me. I was laughing so hard and making it more funny is that I'm high, just waiting for the warm urine to start running down my leg. Never did. I made it to the bathroom, AND had to open the lid to the toilet (hafta keep it closed because, cats). and never felt that warm stream of urine. No leaks. Oh, she was full but all contained. If it can handle a laugh incontinence like that one..............10/10 Would recommend

These have been my go to pads for the past few years. They’re very comfortable to wear and help me so much throughout the night as well as my heavy days. I haven’t had any leaks YET (don’t want to jinx myself haha). They absorb so much which is a plus in my book! Feels good having that protection.

I have used Always Discrete Incontinence Pads for years. Have always been pleased with the product... that is, until the newest package I received...THEY STINK!!!! This new scent smells just like the putrid scent of the "new clean scent" Dawn Dish Detergent!!!! Procter & Gamble what gives?!?!?!?! Now I have to search for a new UNSCENTED incontinence product!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!!! Zero stars should be an option!!!!! (My 1 star on comfort rating below is because of the putrid scent)

The scent is usually most intense when you first open the package, but then starts to dissipate. These #7 are a big let down, I sometimes gush just standing up and it runs down my legs and puddles on the floor but they are better than poise. They are NOT 100% LEAK FREE.

They are absorbent and thin, and keeps you dry—which is great! But I sometimes experience gushes after having my second child. And when pad gets too much urine in it-it pops open at the seam and all the absorbent gel material falls out everywhere. What a mess!!! I have to be careful and run to change the pad after a large gush because I know the pad can’t handle it. I If they could strengthen the seams then the product would be five stars.
