This candle has a wooden wick that just does not stay lit... Total waste of money.

i like the scent but it does not stay lit! the melting wax extinguishes the flame

If you want a candle that sounds like a two-stroke moped struggling up a hill, this is it. Otherwise, just burn some twigs—it’ll be quieter Smells great though.

I love the scent but wick burns out easily and doesn’t provide enough heat to burn evenly. I’ve left it burning for hours and it doesn’t even melt half of the surface

The throw when lit is quite strong, but the scent itself is much sweeter than then listed notes would have you believe. The wood wick also is more of an annoyance than a plus: it doesn’t stay lit very well, gets drowned out by the wax frequently, and makes more of a buzzing sound than a pleasant crackling one. The candle also does not burn evenly, and the heat from the wick is so slight that foil-wrapping the candle for hours didn’t really do enough to fix it.

I love the smell, but the throw is very weak. Best for a smaller room.

I was excited to receive this candle because we love earthy, woodsy, fireside smells. This didn’t disappoint. The amber glass is gorgeous and its a great size. There is a wood top and wood wick. I definitely recommend.

I like the smell of this Threshold Amber Glass, and Wooden Wick Jar Candle in Sandalwood and Smoke. The soy blen wax burns clean and doesn't leave a strong smoke after scent when put out. I was amazed to see it contains a wooden wick that burns slowly. This candle has a nice warm fragrance. @Target #heybullseye

I'm very fussy with scents. I adore the smell of this. I bought the small one then got the larger one. If you like smokey earthy scents, I think you'd like this.
