A: Thank you for your question! Our Light in Sodium Organic Mexican Casserole has an authentic flavor with a nice blend of chili peppers and spices. It's not extremely spicy, however if you are sensitive to spice, we would recommend being cautious while eating this meal.

I have had a lot of low sodium food that still is flavorful, this one is not. It is extremely bland and makes it very unenjoyable to eat.

Sadly this wasn’t as I expected. Didn’t have much flavor. I felt like I could have added salt or seasoning to it but obviously that’s not the point of a quick frozen meal. Won’t be purchasing again.

This is one of my favorite frozen meals and I deeply appreciate the light in sodium option. Really hoping it comes back soon and isn't discontinued permanently! My target location keeps discontinuing my staples: first it was michelinas mac and cheese, birds eye frozen rice and vegetables, Amy's Country Cheddar light sodium, mattar paneer light sodium, then Kite Hill dips and spreads, and now kidfresh mac and cheese, and Mexican casserole light sodium.

I recently went gluten free after after self dx eating bagels! My doctor agreed....I have found Amy's long before eating the cheese enchiladas which I LOVE but I wish she'd make a lower sodium cheese enchiladas! So now I'm trying this Mexican Casserole and love it! Wow - I'm going to stock up and look for other Amy's gluten free - I love that sauce that she uses - it's authentic Mexican.

This is spicy, but good. It in no way needs more salt. I got one of these and one of the originals to see if I could taste the difference, and the original tastes a little too salty! This is perfect as it is! It’s not even LOW sodium, just LOWER! Honestly, everything they make only needs about half as much salt as it actually has!
